I called Maria, again. She has only gotten better over the years. The project started just as COVID shut down the whole state. Maria persevered, small crews, 1-2 people at a time, and even with cabinets delayed and no counter for 3 months, it was a triumph. Made the rest of the place dingy, so I had her "touch up" the rest of the house. More like transform! Things were so improved there was a bidding war, and then, I fell back in love with my tiny house. The buyer tried to renegotiate and I kept the place. It's a jewel box!

Sales rep Sharon conveniently called me outside of the email chain to share her mutual feelings of the subpar appearance outside of the documentation of email. I wasn't looking for a return or refund, but I think replacement cushions is a realistic expectation when they don't match the floor model or online appearance.

I left him a VM to ask him to let me know if he's still coming. He did not reply. I then texted him to say that I'm going to give a one-star review given Hansen's lack of any response of any kind. A fast, friendly, and hard-working team not only installed the floor, they solved a (rather large) leveling problem in our current floor, and fixed a few air leakage and water problems. And the price is still right.
