He came to our home and actually put both samples on our floor so we could see the difference. It was evident that Tom and his son Nick LOVE what they do and that was another reason we went with Precision. He and his crew were here for 3 days and did a wonderful job! They showed up on the dot when they said that they would, worked efficiently, and minimized the disruption of our lives. They covered everything with plastic so there was very little dust from the sanding of the floors. They cleaned up after the sanding, wiping everything down and vacuuming. The floors came out better than we expected! We recommend Tom and his crew and Bona floor products!

We have made several purchases from this business over the years and they have been great to deal…read morewith. We usually deal with a young man by the name of Paul. Recently we went back for another purchase. Paul was off that day so we ended up working with a sales representative by the name of Corliss and another employee (whose name I wish I could remember). That employee is the one that handles all of their cutting and binding. These two folks we extremely helpful and actually unrolled several types of carpet so we could get a better look at it. The binding fellow actually spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining different types of binding material and showing us different contrasting colors to go with the carpet we ended up selecting. It was actually very close to the end of his shift but he actually said he would stay late to be able to cut and bind our carpet while we waited so we would not have to make a second trip for a pickup. We highly recommend this business for their tremendous selection of carpeting and also for their absolutely outstanding customer service. They clearly want to be sure they have satisfied and, hopefully, return customers. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

My wife and I are looking for new flooring for our kitchen. We have been to some of the large big…read morebox stores and also looked online, but it can be an overwhelming and frustrating experience. Sometimes we want to ask questions but finding an employee was difficult, and other times we just want to be left alone to look around. This place offered both, along with many selections of different types of flooring. Yes, it is a warehouse inside so some things seemed jumbled around. But, the salesperson (Paul) was extremely helpful in explaining to us some of the options available and differences in product lines. We haven't bought anything yet (and they work on commission) but he seemed happy to just help us out whether we made a purchase or not. Once we know for sure what we want, we likely will be coming back here.

I know people have had good experiences with Terry's Floors but I guess it depends on what the…read moreproject is. He botched our floor drastically laying LVP. The LVP was to cover both a previously carpeted room and adjoining hardwood areas causing height differentiations. He applied floor patch to transition BUT not nearly enough to make the entire area level causing very noticeable ramps and valleys in 4 places . We informed Terry's Floors and had to wait almost 2 incredibly stressful weeks for them to come back and tear out the entire floor (including the floor patch which sets to a concrete-like hardness) causing damage to some walls . Because they had to remove the 1/4 round molding, the baseboard which was NOT affected in the original install was marred and will need repair. We were then given an additional invoice instead of receiving damages for their mistake and no consideration for the additional time or stress was given. There was also damage done to 3 items of furniture during the initial installation which they refused to acknowledge. We have since found out from the LVP Manufacturer that the way it was initially installed totally nullified the Warranty.

During the install Doug noticed the hallway floor was wet from steam cleaning and immediately stopped the project. He advised us to run fans to dry the area and then to prime the floor so stains would not come up thru the floor. ( It is my feeling other installers would have continued the project without notifying us of the issue.) With the floor dry and primed Doug finished the job with no other issues. The flooring was installed quickly and professionally with no issues and during the install Doug offered his advice on moulding and care of the floor. The floor looks great and Doug will be back as we need other floors installed. I urge others to check out Wilton Floor LLC!
