The job was performed before there were any interior walls installed in the construction process to ensure the easiest and most open access for the polishers. Mark ASSURED us that upon completion of our construction he would return to refine detailed areas around the walls and timber frame bases. The overall quality of the work was ATROCIOUS. The defects shown--surface dullness, clearly unpolished patches, edge inconsistencies, swirling--fall below what any reasonable customer would consider acceptable and are not simply cosmetic variations due to substrate conditions. They reflect inadequate workmanship or insufficient finishing steps. When Mark returned to the site, we had done research through platforms like YouTube to become more knowledgeable to standard practices of the trade, and made him aware of the obvious faults that needed to be fixed. He then told us that there was nothing that he would do to remedy the errors, went back on his promise to refine the exterior, swore at us, and left the property. This destroyed any trust we could have ever had with his company. We're now being forced to pursue legal action in Saratoga county.
