Remove and old 54' x 19' old asphalt driveway and install a new 54' x 22' asphalt driveway with 8" of crushed stone and 3" new top coat, 3.) frame and pour a new concrete patio to connect into my pool patio & side walkway, and 4.) fix two small dents & seal a 50'x 20' basketball court. Mike Morgan himself said the job would take 2-3 days. From the start - they showed up at 730 pm on June 24th to start removing sidewalk - didnt have correct tools, everyday they showed up around 11 am and worked 2-4 hrs, they mis cut stone, tried to install cracked or broken pavers in the walk way - which still isn't complete on today 8/9/2020. They rushed into pouring concrete without forming, and it dried totally discolored and 4 areas that have 1" depressions that collect water. I asked to have this repaired- they attempted to put leveler on it that cracked. One of the worst things- he started the entire paving project by not getting a $50 City of Schenectady permit. The Code Enforcement dept stopped the work - doubled the fee for permit and fine ($550) goes on my tax bill. Mike was non-apologetic - said "you get what you pay for" & called my wife and I names as if any of this was out fault. I have two estimates now to fix his cob-job work that will be $4,300. I wish I could post pictures of the work or post his texts!! As unprofessional as someone could be!!

I needed a lot of topsoil to fill a depression where our above-ground pool used to be. I had one company bring in 12 cubic yards but they were unable to dump it in my backyard due to a slope they did not feel their truck could negotiate, so I had to pay a second contractor to move the pile from the end of my driveway to the depression. Andrew surveyed my backyard and was confident his driver could deliver 2 loads, 6 cubic yards each, exactly where I needed it so I could finish the job. And he did just that on the day I needed it.

Spring came and we had a big bulge in part of the driveway, seems a BIG boulder was pushed up from underneath the driveway and cause a bulge that resembled a volcano. Called Justin Lenihan and although it took awhile to finally connect he came to review the bulge. Not knowing what it was for sure within two weeks Justin came back with his crew and dug up the bolder then patched up the hole. Although there is a noticeable difference he honored the work he had done and didn't charge us anything more even though it wasn't Lenihan fault. Honest and fair guy and company. We recommend his service !

Mike called a week or so later to say the crew would be here at 8 am the next day. Crew was on time. Completed the job which was removing the asphalt at the at the top of the driveway and replacing it. It looked great and they also edged the lawn where the driveway was replaced. They roped off the driveway so no one would drive on it. Next day it is pouring rain, and my garage floor is dry!!! Could not be more satisfied with the job.

Clark Meyers has unusual business…read morepractices like, the owner (husband) driving to customer's houses to collect money, owner (wife) talking cryptically when asked paving questions, owners not returning many phone calls, owner telling me not to pay son because he pockets the money, owner deciding not to do 2nd half of job because of a small dispute over what they did during the 1st half of the work. The paving has 1 depression where water pools. Paving was not compacted on 10' of one edge. Grass & weeds are growing through the paving after 6 months. I had to sue Clark Myers to force them to finish the job. At this point, they did everything up to the actual paving. As soon as they received the paperwork from the Scotia Town Court, their lawyer contacted me. If I withdraw the lawsuit, Clark Myer will finish the job.
