The service here was amazing the waitress was very attentive and extremely friendly! Out door seating was clean and comfortable with an okay view. Me and my family's food was toothsome but chicken was a little dry. Other than that it came out pretty fast with how many people were in the restaurant. All in all great restaurant! read more

Food is good. Drinks are cold. The building does have a funky smell to do. Its kind of hit and miss on the staff. We have had some great ones and other times its like we are making them upset. The kids menu is good, pasta and sauce is fresh! read more

So after several people suggested this place to me, I decided to try it out. I met up with 2 people that were at the bar and were already served. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, and not being asked if I wanted a drink or menu I decided to go sit at a booth. The other parties I was with took their drinks to the booth. Our waitress came over and asked if I wanted a drink. I just ordered a root beer, which took 5 minutes to bring over. By this time the others with me asked for another drink. The waitress did not take their empty glasses. After 10 minutes they got their drinks and we made our order of food. We ordered 2 pizzas-margarita pizza & Buffalo chicken pizza(both deep dish) and two burgers. They asked if we wanted it all brought out together but we decided to get the pizzas first. The pizzas looked as though they were not cooked enough. But we're good, but seemed as though they were from a box and just had some toppings added. After a long wait the 2 burgers finally came out. They looked great but I thought my Mac attack burger would have been cheesier then it was. We finished our meals and waited for our waitress to come back and ask us if we wanted dessert and boxes. She never returned. After we were fed up I finally got up to ask if something had happened to our waitress?!! The lady came over and gave us boxes and apologized that our waitress never returned. I was taking one of the pretties out for their birthday and again was not asked for dessert. Seemed like they just wanted us to leave. But I was glad to leave after a 2 hour pizza & burger! read more

Stopped in for a quick bite on a Sunday evening- bad move. Service was slow and inattentive. One member from our party of four ordered the chicken fingers with buffalo sauce and received plain chicken instead (which was obvious to everyone except the waitress who insisted that the order was correct). About three fries into his entree my friend noticed a long blonde hair in his fries. After about 10 minutes our waitress finally checked back and we addressed the situation. The waitress returned the meal to the kitchen to be remade. A few minutes later the manager came out and apologized for the hair and offered 10% off as compensation. Buffalo chicken finally came out (this time it was correct despite what the waitress had previously claimed- chicken was actually tossed in sauce this time). Finished our meals and asked for the check- no 10% off (the 10% isn't a big deal- it's the principal). Flagged down the waitress again and she said she'd fix it. 10% off the bill? Nope- 10% off the hair entree. Not sure how the owner of this restaurant expects to be able staff another restaurant (new pizza place opening in town) when the quality of his current restaurant has been steadily declining for some time now. There's only so much you can blame on COVID. read more

I ordered the philly steak and cheese sandwich on a gluten free bun with a baked potato on the side, the taste and quality was worth a 5 star rating! The server Nicole was very friendly and attentive to my needs for a " gluten free" meal choice upon ordering. The music was a bit too loud inside which made it hard to hear my child and niece when they were talking to me but otherwise everything was exceptional! read more

Food quality was awful. The pictures of the food from 5 years ago looks better than what they serve now. Ordered their french onion soup and it was absolutely disgusting. Burnt and mysterious black bits in the cup. The taste was awful and you could tell it was thrown in a microwave and burnt. The chicken fingers honestly taste like something you could get at Wendy's. Dry and only edible with some sauce. Go here for the drinks and decent service, seriously only eat the food if you're drunk and need to sober up! read more

My boyfriend and I decided to go out tonight for dinner. We were originally going to go out to Millbury but decided to stay closer to home.... Should have gone to Millbury... We decided to go to Teddy G's. Now, while the food was decent, the service was not. We were sat in the back and all we could smell was urine from the bathrooms. It was awful. And our waitress clearly did not enjoy her job. I tried on 2 occasions to speak with her and she just walked off. I doubt we will ever come back here again. Clean your bathrooms, please. Nothing ruins your appetite like the smell of urine. read more

A complete downhill spiral of food quality. They keep increasing prices and lowering quality. I've had enough!

The food is average/good. Kitchen was backed up when we came on a Sunday for lunch. I ordered a turkey burger sans bun, done queso style which was on the specials menu. I GOT COLESLAW FOR A SIDE AND SHARED MICED VEGGIES WITH MY DAUGHTER. (The veggies were so overcooked they were almost inedible. My bqd for not complaining but we were on a break from a long road trip and I honestly did not want to add more time to our lunch) The manager came around and apologized for how long the food was taking (about 40 minutes) and asked of he could get us anything while we waited. I left a huge tip because of this. Sometimes the kitchen sucks but the people providing you your service do everything they can to make you happy. read more

Everything was delicious. Our server Marissa was very prompt and attentive. The food arrived quickly and everything was exactly as ordered. It's always nice to find somewhere that checks all the boxes while on vacation and this place certainly did that. We started with a garlic bread with cheese that came out very promptly. I had a burger and my girlfriend had a chicken gyro, both of which were delicious and came to the table soon after the appetizer left. We finished with the dessert dough bites and they were delicious with caramel, raspberry and chocolate sauces. We love the fall beauty of the area and will surely return soon. read more

There are exactly two steps involved in cooking chicken wings. 1: cooking them. 2: coating them in sauce. Ive had a ton of wings in my life but never before have I been served them completely sauceless Absolutely famished I ate most of them anyway but how anyone could possibly forget 1 of 2 steps in cooking a very simple food is unknown to me When we eventually saw the waitress she offered to bring me a side cup of sauce for my remaining two wings. At a current cost of $14 for 10 of them I don't think its too much to ask for them to come as ordered. At the very least some sort of reduced price or anything would have been appreciated Wont be coming back read more

Awesome thanks so much for your great service and food I'll definitely come back loved it there.!

The food is nothing special, over priced. I haven't been back in years and have no reason to return.

Our party was large - 12 people, so we called ahead to reserve. Table was ready when we got there. Service was great -- drinks and appetizers served promptly. Server checked back periodically until we were ready to order. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We would definitely come back when in the area. read more

The food is good but, overpriced. The service is decent, the high top tables feel much smaller with all the shit on them that falls off such as the salt and pepper shakers since they wobble so much. On another note this place and Gidos can't seem to keep help from what I hear. Must be because Teddy doesn't take care of his employees and it's all about him like all the Greek folks that only care about the money and make it all about themselves and not the people who work for them and help keep the business afloat. If this place shuts down or Gidos, so be it; The employees need to find a better workplace anyhow. read more

Food is amazing. The fish {haddock} is cooked perfectly. The mac&cheese is killer!! I'm amazed at how good it was! The deep dish pizza is really good too. Let's not forget the steak tips, they are awesome! I love the staff, they are so accommodating. Trivia night is always packed. We ALWAYS have a great time here. A fave when we visit my parents. Great burgers and pasta dishes. My parents are quite picky and they love the food here.

Thursday @ 6:30- this place was hopping. Service was quick, food was a bit long coming out, but again, they were packed. Burgers were cooked perfectly as ordered. Fries were piping hot. Fried pickles had enough spice to pack a slight punch. Mac Attack Mac and cheese was very good. Definitely a good pub menu. read more

We visited this restaurant on June 30th. We waited For almost an hour for our meals. The waitress never said anything to us, we had to ask her what was going on. Many other people got served their meals who sat down well after us. The waitress came back and stated the kitchen had never taken the chicken out. We said we had to leave and wanted the check. 15 minutes later a different waitress tried to bring us our food. My meal sat around while they cooked the others. When manager finally came over he never apologize. Never mind my daughter attempted to talk to him and he ignored her and addressed his comments toward me. This was very rude to dismiss my adult Daughter. read more

Food is okay. Took entirely too long for my food. Server Dan was more interested in what or who was at that bar. As I was leaving I noticed a few employee at the bar playing keno and having drinks. How that's professional is beyond me. Next time I'll make sure to ask for a different server. Kid seems competent yet was spaced out and I'm sorry but I dont agree with workers sitting at the bar. read more

The family was out at a local brewery when we decided to grab some dinner. We ended up here at Teddy' G's and are glad we did. Located in a little strip mall, the inside was good size. We ate outside and the area was small, but still good. The manager was attentive and sat us outside, then our server Sarah took over. She was a great waitress, who interacted with us and gave good advice about food and drinks. We ended up with a bunch of different meals, starting with the Mediterranean calamari. I then had the bourbon street burger, perfectly cooked and what tasted like homemade bbq sauce. Son had the Mac Attack burger, a burger topped with macaroni and cheese. He loved it and it was cooked correctly. My daughter and her BF has a strawberry salad and then the chicken bacon ranch pizza. They enjoyed both and I snuck a slice of the pizza and it was good. Wife had the meatball panini. She said sauce and meatballs were definitely homemade and the sandwich was messy and tasty. The nicest surprise was the bill, less than $150 for five adults with 2 alcoholic beverages, appetizers and meals (good meals) was such a plus read more

Stopped for a quick lunch on Super Bowl Sunday and chose to sit at the bar. Service was a little spotty from being acknowledged after sitting down to having an exceptionally long wait for salad, soup and wings while four different people who had come later than I received their orders well in advance of me. I think there are some kitchen difficulties as well as communication issues between waitstaff and kitchen. It's too bad really as the food was pretty good and at a minimum would have been 3 stars possibly higher if service was where it needed to be. I think management needs to focus on expediting orders and getting waitstaff to really hone down on their service skills. I would not go out of my way to return. read more

I honestly don't know what people see in this place. Mediocre food on a good day, slow service, rude management, and a lingering smell of stale urine. Maybe if I was 90 years old with no taste buds or sense of smell I might like it more here. But to each their own. read more

2nd visit here and again we enjoyed ourselves. Very crowded Friday. Food was very good. Service was super friendly but we wished just a little quicker. Took forever to get my wife's second wine and my glass of ice and she never brought the grated cheese for my wife. Ended up asking another waitress and she got it for us within 10 seconds. Be careful when you order a large beer. I forgot they have a 34 oz draft. I just wanted the 24oz. My bad on that one because I ordered a large Coors light and that is what I got. We started off with a very nice Caesar Salad which my wife & I shared. My son had the cheeseburger sliders. You only get 2 though. Our meals where all massive and very good... wish I took photos. I had the Veal Tocano, my wife had the Chicken Scampi & my son had the Buffalo Mac&Cheese. We all had plenty to take home. We will definitely be back! read more

I just don't know why I keep coming back to this establishment , generally a disappointment maybe it's because it is convenient! It is the only thing I can think of, I could just keep going on about how it is, but why go any further than it is hit or miss, for me it is generally miss, read more

Not at all a good experience while on vacation and traveling to Sturbridge (which we visit every summer). We'd been to Teddy G's once in the past with family and wanted to spend the evening with our adult children, having a couple drinks. We were seated and asked what we wanted to drink. The four of us ordered water, and an alcoholic beverage. The waitress asked for id and had a blunt affect. She looked several times at our son & his girlfriend. Her reply was, "Six days apart huh?". We all confirmed and waited for 5-10 minutes. Along came the manager who asked if we were "the ones with the Kansas id's." We acknowledged and he asked if he could take them because he was going to have them verified with a black light & a verification book in the back. He also looked at us, and asked if we were their parents and "co-signed" on their legitimacy of age. I explained that we were his parent (she his gf of 4 years) and that I had him when I was young (18). At this point we still had not even gotten water or any other type of service. He came back later and explained that he didn't have the equipment to verify the id's and was choosing not to serve us. I asked if there was anything more we could do beyond providing valid id's as we would do so and would ultimately like to stay. He apologized and said the owner wasn't there & nothing more anyone could do. We left very confused and partially frustrated. I called the restaurant back nearly an hour later and asked to speak with the manager again. He was willing to listen as I explained that we had done everything correctly and as frustrating as it all was, it was disappointing that we couldn't even get water, an order put in, etc with all the time that was spent consumed. Making it really feel like we were completely refused any form of service. I went on to further explain that we would very much like to not leave with a bad taste in our mouth since we own a cabin in the area and travel every summer to the location. The manager indicated that he would relay a message to the owner and that maybe they could get equipment available the next day & we could try it again. It's now been 3 days since and we've never received any contact. Sad & ultimately doesn't seem very business professional. read more

Teddy G's had a case of COVID-19 last week and hid it from the customers. Once the truth came out, they were rude to anyone who asked about it and removed all COVID-19 related posts from their Facebook page. For this lack of decency, they get a one-star review. You may want to say clear of this place and wait to see if any other staff contract COVID-19. read more

My boyfriend and I chose this place because it was close to our hotel. We had a couple nice beers and a seafood platter. We were seated by ourself so it was kind a romantic. The food was pretty good. My only complaint is the waiter seem to be rushing us along. There weren't that many people in the bar considering it was only a Monday. So I don't know why he was trying to rush us out of there. If I was in the area I would probably try them again. read more

Love this food!!!! If I ever lose control of myself, I will die happy at Teddy G's! I have honestly, never had such good food at a sports bar (that's what we call them back home:) You MUST get the pretzels and beer cheese! Ok, moving on... The staff is sweet and the decor is... sporty? It's pretty loud and frequented by locals. You can get the best secret places to go if you friendly up to a local! So, great food, cool staff, generous bar, and yet it's family friendly too! I'm sure you need to find this gem and try it out. You can literally order anything off the menu and you'll be impressed! Oh, and did I mention they have great prices and clean bathrooms? Wow! read more

Came here for lunch on our way to a quick visit to Sturbridge Village. It was everything you fellow Yelpers said it was: good food that comes out quickly, good value, plenty of parking. We were seated immediately. Nobody seemed to mind our twonager's desire to take a few laps around the dining room. They are a coke place. The fact they serve coke is very important to me! :) I got the Philly cheese steak, but instead of American cheese, I asked for swiss. Ask and ye shall receive! Glad because I freaking hate the joke that is American "cheese" slices. The taste ruins every meal. If someone lies and says "Oh it's cheddar" or whatever, the creamy fake cheese flavor gives it away immediately.... anyway....nobody duped me. It was really swiss cheese. They put a LOT on it too, which is nice! The sandwich was too big for me though. They are extremely generous in the amount of meat/mushrooms/peppers/onions (and cheese as said before). I couldn't finish it. In fact, most of what I ate is what fell out of the bread onto the plate. It was also greasy-- note I am JUST describing this sandwich- philly cheese steaks are SUPPOSED to be greasy, so that is NOT a criticism. It was just hard for me to eat. It also comes with waffle chips which were good! They weren't salty, so it took a bit of getting used to. I would get the chips again but I probably would try another sandwich. My friend got the buffalo chicken pizza. (I had gotten one yesterday in Plymouth so I inspired her. i'm very inspiring, you know). She had similar comments to my comments from the other restaurant's pizza-- very good, not too spicy, but TOO much bleu cheese. Hers was also pretty potent. She did take leftovers though! My husband got the chicken saltambaca (sp?). It didn't seem to have as much filling as my cheese steak did (same bread), so it looked easier to eat. He liked it! He said it had a lot of good flavor. Instead of chips, he got onion rings. OMG those onion ring are really goood...thin and perfectly crispy. They are probably my favorite onion rings. I'm jealous I didn't get them. It's ok though, bc our twonager fed me some. he likes to take food off our plates and feed to the other parent. He's like a mother bird, feeding her chicks. But thankfully not all food he puts in his mouth has been chewed. I can't possibly dock stars based on the fact my picky , 3/4 of a stomach self can't stomach a giant philly cheese steak when they were just doing their jobs making a yummy cheese steak, so this place gets 4 stars and we'll be back! read more
