The billing on the other hand has been problematic. We were invoiced for an amount not discussed for a solution that did not solve the issue. After some emails, that amount was supposed to be credited to the bill where the problem was actually fixed. However the credit was short $30 when we finally received and reviewed the final bill. We were also told as a reason for delay that the receipt was at one point sent to the wrong email, which is a privacy concern for us. Competent repair service, but we would not use again because of the billing concerns.

However, its not a good sign when they post a call back number that is discontinued or out of service for me to use. They are refunding me the warranty billing and allowing me to keep the 2 year warranty. They are going to discuss the work completed and to review the call between me and the electrician for the $1400 billing. Will follow up after this gets resolved. 16NOV2021: Spoke with the branch manager. After they discussed the electrical requirements with their electrician and reviewed the calls, they believe the work that was done still stands and will refund the warranty costs. They asked me what price I thought would be fair for the work I was expecting to be completed. We came to an agreed upon price for the work. I will inspect the work to see if the work completed actually matched the issue the electrician believed was needed once I return home from work. Don't take this review as a way to bilk money out of a company just because you cant afford the work and you think false complaining will get you a discount. If its honest work the company disserves an honest pay. Don't abuse the review system and these processes will be respected and honestly discussed between honest people.
