Not much diagnosis is needed from Robert since I'm pretty sure my problem was due to the low Freon. He came out and refilled my Freon for 1/5 the price of the other bigger company (not through home warranty)! Before leaving this review, I read a few of the other 1-star reviews of Dunn Air. I guess the conclusion here is to go with Dunn Air if you need Freon refills, but maybe go with someone else for a true diagnosis. From my personal experience, I give them 5-stars.

This guy is awesome. Very knowledgeable, 40 years of experience. Guy actually knows what he's doing, which seems rare now in HVAC repair. He ended up repairing the compressor (scroll mis-alignment, which he actually managed to fix instead of suggesting complete replacement,) replaced caps, replaced o-rings on the service ports, and recharged the system for an insanely good price. Also, he's just a really cool guy. Easy to talk to and friendly. Answered all our questions in detail and explained exactly what was going on with the system and what he was doing.
