From the owner: We have been in business well over 15yrs serving New Braunfels and the surrounding areas with a reputation for honest service and fair pricing, and plan to be around another 15yrs Lord willing. With social media allowing users to LIE, EXAGGERATE SITUATIONS, UNLEASH HATRED, BASICLY ABUSE THIS PLATFORM, makes us all wonder if it should be used at all! As the owner of AMI Services, let me just say what I've said for all my years in the field, "if we can be of service and provide you with solutions to your problems, we do so with a cheerful heart, never leaving a customer dissatisfied before payment is accepted". If for whatever reason you dislike our approach, service, attitude, etc. then you owe nothing and we will politely move on, basically the way business has been conducted for the past 100 years. Now if you feel we have caused you harm, damaged property, created additional problems, etc. please contact TDLR (the state agency, who with a watchful eye, monitors those operating with a state license) their number 512.463.6599 and report us, they will lay down the law, investigate your side of the story, and if we are at fault, our impeccable standing with the state will then be tarnished. If I hurt your feelings by explaining I'm running late for VALID reasons, or it takes 3 weeks to schedule a weekday to complete necessary repairs because you refuse to pay overtime to accommodate YOUR busy work schedule, I do apologize, and did so for both Kim & David, unfortunately I decided it would be best for them to find help elsewhere based on the screaming and yelling directed towards me. As for Billie Parker getting into it with our general manager Patrick over the "free work" performed on a Saturday, then tried to take advantage of the situation and have us perform additional "free work" to another unit 3 weeks later we hadn't even serviced before! Sorry we cannot perform "free work" to the general public, however we donate to most all our local charities, and proudly do so. As for those asking themselves, should we give this contractor a call, I recommend anyone requesting hvac or refrigeration service to visit the TDLR and check us out there, our license # TACLA017333C . Sorry for the long rebuttal, but trusting a contractor into your home should require more than who has the best burger in town. Best of luck, God bless! read more
