After striking out with other companies, I phoned Veteran Air. Lisa answered, listened, and looped in her service manager right away. Minutes later she called back: they could help, and we booked for Monday. Matthew, from Veteran Air, showed up this morning and was a total pro. He greeted my dogs like old friends, then tackled the monster unit without scratching the window frame or siding. Watching him wrestle that sealed-in relic out of the wall convinced me I never could've done it alone. The unbelievable thing? The bill was tiny. Way less than I expected for the time, tools, and muscle it took and such a good value. When I'm ready to add central AC, Veteran Air will be my first call. If they put this much care into a one-off rescue job, I can't wait to see how they handle a full install. Five stars, no hesitation.

They made several promises to deliver the oven on multiple dates with no follow thru. We finally requested a refund and have yet to receive our money back. The no longer respond to calls/texts. Save yourself the time and money and go with literally ANYONE but them. I have since been in contact with NBPD to file theft of service charges against this company. We had a back up in our secondary drainage system and the other company applied air pressure to clean the clog which we thought fix the problem. Unfortunately during that process the air pressure knocked out a pipe out of place and one week later we had more water issues.
