My comment stands. I was never rude, discourteous, vulgar or whatever you may have thought. You removed my old unit and installed a complete new heat pump system. It wasn't working properly. You stated that you only do installs, and that there was no need for you to come back. You did come back because there was one issue within a few months after install that you repaired the condensation line leaking and redid the plumbing. I called back for a separate issue; which it ended up being a capacitor that was faulty- all within the 10 year manufacturer warranty period of the system. You stated that you didn't need to come out and service after the sale, even though you gave me a piece of paper that said you did. Which is my point. Goodman stated that I should call the installer and have the capacitor replaced by Goodman tech. The Goodman warranty would have covered the part and I believe your labor charge. If not, I would've paid for your labor. Unfortunately, I paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket, because Goodman told me only the OG installer can warrant it. There's always two sides to a story, and that's mine. I lowered my review to a 1, since you felt you needed to respond to my 6 year old review. So you just block customers, because you don't want to respond to them by phone or text? My reviews speak for themselves as an Elite Yelper. I don't recollect you saying anything about your father's passing. It's awfully petty to call out customers in a separate review. A 5 star review of yourself alone should be against community standards. I have to say, that's the first I've seen. Again, buyer beware. Terrible company and service techs. Cody improperly diagnosed our unit on more than two occasions causing a delay in getting our unit replaced which ultimately led to the death of our beloved dog due to hyperthermia as our home stayed at over 80 degrees daily for 22 days. No fans were offered or anything else. Line was frozen over several times but Cody claimed you cant diagnose anything if the line wasnt frozen upon arrival. Completely disregarded the fact there was a giant rotted hole in our unit and the coils were rusted/not working. They've come out several times over the last 3 years as we rent with a local company and they still cant seem to fix the issues. The inside unit constantly overflows and there is no drip pan. Communication is terrible. Been texting Cody and his other tech today with zero responses but they show read. The tech that came out yesterday told my husband mold doesnt grow in warm environments, only cold and humid. Said the mold under our inside unit is not mold despite the fact it is mold per Goettl and we also have now had it tested. Another company also stated there was mold in the HVAC ducts etc. and again the Fast AC tech claims no such thing when it's highly visible. He told my husband who builds homes for a living that he didn't know what he was talking about on many issues related to the HVAC system which was laughable to say the least. The techs are not friendly to say the least. If you get stuck with this company because you rent I am so sorry. All I can say is we have been disappointed so many times and after 3 years our HVAC still does not run properly at the hands of these folks. read more

I call to get a better understanding as to why I have to wait another 2 hrs and he goes on a RANT how he's got so many people on his list for day and no one cares about him!!! WTH!!!! I was an electrician for 25 years, so i know many things about trade/service work. I wont say my age but be assured im old enough to be Cody's dad. That means I know old school competence and values when I see it, and Cody at Fast A/C gets a double " thumbs up " from me. They came out and changed our unit out with all of the know how and tradesman-like class I would expect in the old days. Yeah that sounds cheesy to some im sure but be assured I dont trust my a/c work to just anybody. I trust him to make it right ... on time ... and his rates are reasonable. So grateful for these guys!!! After 2 days of no A/C in 100° heat, we were in rough shape. The company we had been working with said it would still be a few days for the part they needed to come in. So we called Fast AC and Heating. Cody and Cole came out same day with the part already on their truck. They had our AC up and running again within an hour. Im a satisfied customer. No fee for service call on top of their job. Company available on weekends and in the evening. I used them twice now. First call was few months ago as my AC was not working in this hot weather, water was accumulating in the drain pan up in the attic, called him after 7 pm on a saturday and he showed up and fixed it by unclogging the vent, clean and rinsing it for a very reasonable price. Then I called him again after a few months since my fan outside outside was not working and hearing a loud noise (condenser) humming and AC not cooling inside on a friday evening, once again he showed up and changed my capacitor and motor fan at a decent price. Based on the so called awesome reviews, I called and texted Cory many times this morning list of work as below: - remove and replace 2 AC units - switch out high/low switch for compressor. He never call nor text me back. Imagine if AC units that he installed and breaks down and needed warranty repair, how to get in touch with him ?? Maybe he pick and choose his customers ? My AC recently went out, I live in a rental so there's always a different company coming out. This one was by far the best. Cody came out the next morning and fixed the air immediately. In Texas it's important to have a working air conditioner. He had to come back to fix something else, but he came back the next day. He didn't leave the air blowing hot overnight. He is very respectful of your home and you wouldn't even know he's there. I was working from home so it was important that if I needed to take a call, I could. I've had different companies come out and do a sub par job, or be loud and leave trash in the home. I'm very happy with this company and will use them in the future. read more

My A/C had been out for a few days in June 2016 and after my property manager got their act together they sent out Fast AC & Heating. I reached one of the technicians on the phone and he said he would be out around 9pm. I imagined they were swamped with work due to many A/C units going out from the past few hot days. The tech came out around 8:30 and was polite and friendly. I showed him the unit and within a few minutes he found the issue which was a bad fan motor. He swapped it out for one in his truck and I was up and running in about a half hour. I appreciated the tech coming out that late at night as he could have just said the heck with it and made an appointment the next day. read more

Cody arrived at our house in Saturday afternoon. He was courteous and quick. The last guy that "fixed" our air conditioner left cap off the valve after checking my freon levels. All the freon leaked out and Cody was able to fill our unit and got me new caps on the valves. I was amazed at his pricing and the fact he drove to north Austin to get my ac repaired. We also got a quote for a new ac system. His price was cheaper than anyone else in Austin. We will definitely be using Cody again read more
