Great communication. Even though we no longer required service, I have full confidence that Apex would provide outstanding support.

Since the Big Freeze, I've talked to multiple vendors- some…read morenever showed, a few showed and never got back to me with quotes, I had one quote that did not include any of the "adds" like cost per foot of gas line and electrical wiring and the vendor even disclaimed responsibility for permitting. Joe Rizzo and team at Capital Power Systems proved to be the ideal. They offer various brands, both residential and commercial (I chose a Kohler 26kWA) and had very specific electrical needs so that the ATS did not affect certain studio level gear. These guys came through with shining colors, answered all questions, were patient and thorough and their pricing was not only fair, but line by line itemized. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a whole house generator.

I thought it was a air lock problem. Once I called Joe at Capitol Power Systems he was very nice and understood what probably is the problem. He could have charged me and came out to fix it, but he proceeded to tell me what he thought was wrong and what to do about it. Apparently the gas solenoid was sticking and I quickly tapped it with a screw driver. The generator came on and all was good. Joe will be my contact for my generator and if you call him, you won't be disappointed. Great job

I had called early afternoon and josh and Jeff had arrived within an hour ... Not expecting such a quick response ! They were very kind and didn't seem to take advantage like some do. We had buzzing behind our fridge outlet and they fixed it right up. So glad we made the call ! They loved our dog too, and we love people like that!

This is where the bad rating comes in: They waited 6 weeks to cash our initial deductible check. We had to wait an additional week for them to pick up another issued check (because we mistakenly assumed that they wouldn't hold onto a check for 6 weeks), for them to wait another 5 weeks to cash our second check. Now we get a text message from them telling us they need us to call our insurance because they can't get ahold of them. Now, to let you know the scope of this ridiculous situation, we had our work done in DECEMBER. If you are okay with doing literally every step of the process for them and holding their hand through it, then by all means go for it. The electricians we got were professional, and friendly, but whoever is running their books needs a serious retraining. They should be absolutely embarrassed.
