We needed a 14-50A outlet installed in addition to our wall charger for our 2 EVs. Since the desired location was on the opposite side of the garage from the electric panel, it was a large project. A long conduit over the corner of the ceiling has to be installed to support the electric wiring. We wanted to ensure we find the best quality company, not the cheapest ones, who can do quality work while not overcharging. We initially shopped around a few electric companies and decided to go with Ware because of his responsiveness, sincerity and honesty, as well as good reviews from others. His also matched the pricing of another company even though he is using quality materials. Robert, the owner, is extremely up-front, honest and hardworking. Not only did he not try to upsell us a larger breaker like another electrical company, he was willing to accommodate our busy work schedules and come out on a Sunday to do the install (that's good Taiwanese work ethics!) He definitely did not disappoint. Since it was quite a big project, I was impressed that he did almost the whole install by himself, only using another personnel to help him finish up. It was a 5-6 hour long install but we can tell how meticulous he was as well as the quality of work he does. The outlet was installed perfectly and our garage floor was vacuumed. Not only did he asked us to immediately try the EV chargers to make sure it worked, he also fixed a loose light fixture for us at the house he noticed. We definitely need support more of these hard-working, quality electricians/young companies and not cheap out like some other builders just to make a quick dollar. This would happen every 30-40 seconds, it was maddening and obviously a bit worrisome. I called O.N. first thing in the morning and Oscar sent a team out within the hour. Yon and Joshua got to work immediately and found the issue, Oscar even showed up and explained everything to me. Turned out the breaker box on the outside of the house was borked. When Oscar turned a breaker off and back on, you could literally hear electricity crackling. Oscar gave me an estimate which I thought was fair and Yon and Joshua got to work. After a few hours the house was no longer haunted and I had a proper breaker box set up. I wish I had before and after pictures, my house is an older house and the previous box looked like the rusty insides of a 1970s AMC Gremlin. Highly recommend O.N. Of course this came to a head a little after 5:30 pm when you would think all the service techs would have called it a day. I posted my emergency on Yelp, and Jason replied within a minute to ask a few questions and let me know he could be here within the hour. He made it here in 30 minutes. This is the service of yesteryear when it meant something to commit to the very best. Jason explained thoroughly how these breakers can take a turn and fail when not properly maintained. (In our case we had some screws that were loose, causing the intermittent flow to tax the breaker) We had used our home warranty service to have an AC guy look at the problem previously (before the breaker completely failed) and he had completely misdiagnosed the problem. Beware using "home shield" vendors, as they are paid very little and will fit the repair with what profits them the most! It was quite a fiasco until NES came out and solved it in a snap.

Two of the other electricians and the pool company's electrician said I needed to run conduit on the outside of my new house (would have looked stupid). One said he could run it inside the walls but maybe to a different location and then conduit to the equipment site. D&G ran it from the service panel to pool panel all inside the walls and attic--beautiful. His quote was slightly below average for the job compared to all the others. But when I got the bill it was even less than he quoted me because he finished earlier than expected! This was a tough job because of the location, roof lines, etc. I have seen a plethora of mediocrity and incompetence over the last year building this very expensive house and pool. D&G electrical truly exceeded my expectations. I will not hire anyone else to do electrical work in the future. Outstanding service at a fair price--hard to find these days.

The pipe into the house from the outside faucet was suppose to be sealed with caulk and it was never done. The front outside faucet had a leak when the faucet was turned on as the sole problem. Copper piping replaced that was fine and leaking faucet is still leaking. New toilet, four replacement faucets and some piping work on the outside faucets ran to almost $9000.
