Had TX Electric out to install lights in den. LED strip lighting was used. LED lights can sometimes cause buzzing in speakers on the same circuit or located close to the LED lights. Hats off to TX Electric for working to eliminate the speaker buzz we had. Decided to upgrade outside spot lights to LED as well. I found Texas Electric did a Good job, well mannered & were reasonably priced. read more

I had family coming to visit and needed several light fixtures installed, an electronic timer incorporated to automate my outside lights, and wires moved and lighting installed in the attic. I had previous booked the work with another electrician who twice was a no call/no show. TX Electric accepted the job, came early, and completed all of the work before our gusts arrived the same day. The master electricians were pleasant and constantly asked for feedback on the fixtures to ensure they were placed exactly where we wanted them and the assembly adjustments were just right. TX Electric also has an alliance with another mater electrician so if your project has to be done immediately and they cannot get to it, they will work to place you with someone who can do the work timely and properly As for me and my future work, my business is going to TX Electric. All work was completed on time and with attention to detail and quality. He also identified opportunity to bring wiring up to code and had many helpful recommendations on which technology to use for the job. We had outlet and cable installation to mount television over fireplace, ceiling fan fixture/wiring added in living room, 3 way switch installation, GFCI outlet installation over a kitchen island and oven outlet wiring brought up to code. We have a new 'forever' electrician!  After reading the current local reviews for Stephane with "TX Electric" on Google and Yelp, we decided to give him a call.  We liked his friendly and helpful demeanor from first meeting him, and agreed on a price for the work needed. We had enough work to keep him busy a full day, to include adding a new outdoor light/fan, tv/rack, and add additional outlet in soffit on the patio; trouble-shooting a couple of outlets that weren't working correctly, swapped out 'warm' ceiling donut lights to the cool/daylight donut lights, swapped out warm/dull lighting in master closet, garage, and hallway to the cooler/daylight light fixtures; set up Christmas light outlets in soffits at front of house; and installed a sensor in our otherwise dark porch to make light turn on (was on same light switch as our dusk-to-dawn carriage lights on the front of the house). Occasionally, Stephane found a better option/solution for some of the challenging work, and kept us apprised of how things were going as the day progressed. From the initial call, to the first meet-up, all the way through until the job was completed, Stephane was nothing but very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. A bonus included the fact that he cleaned up everywhere he worked (vacuumed, swept, etc) where needed; ya'd never know he was there working!
