Robert is very friendly and super knowledgeable on how to tackle my situation. He explained the best way to run the outlet without tearing up the drywall and to best run the conduit around existing garage door opener mounts. He even waited until I made a cup of coffee before he started ! Bless his heart. Mike was very courteous, professional, He truly knows what he's doing. He had found two breakers in our breaker box in the home that had at one point sparked and caused heat damage to the inside of our breaker box. He replaced those two large breakers, then he also made sure every fire alarm in the house was replaced with a new 10-year battery alarm!! I don't like headaches and that saved me a big five of them!! lol I thought the company has got a great technician with this guy. Then I found out he was the owner! They did come quickly to fix the problem when called the next morning. They capped a circuit and changed the breaker for an additional $500. She said there will be no charge unless something needs to be done which before we do anything we give out an estimate. Literally it took less than couple minutes for the electrician to find the outlet then they wanted to charge me $135 when I called back with complain I spoke to Daniella again who called herself she is the boss of the company very rudely said that you have to pay and this is the charge and hang up the phone.
