They informed me when they got here it was in perfecting working order and just needed some adjustments and a new outlet cover). They were very honest about the repair and the process took maybe 20 minutes and they charged me like half of what they quoted me! It was I think $150 after taxes and what not. She said there will be no charge unless something needs to be done which before we do anything we give out an estimate. Right…read moreaway I got a great feeling as Victoria helped set up the initial appointment and was great in communicating and confirming the appointment the day before Robert came out. Robert is very friendly and super knowledgeable on how to tackle my situation. He explained the best way to run the outlet without tearing up the drywall and to best run the conduit around existing garage door opener mounts. Robert came back out the following week and took care of adding the new outlet and I'm super happy with the results!
