In less than 10 minutes they made a plan, got the requisite tools and made it happen. All in, they were in and out of my home in less than an hour -- even with me asking questions for understanding. Worth every penny. I will definitely call Hill Electric for future projects! Thank you so much.

I reached out to around 12 companies, and his quote was easily 3-4 times lower than most. One company even quoted $1,200 for what is essentially a straightforward 4-wire circuit less than 5 feet from the panel. He was also transparent and reasonable with travel, only adding $25 despite being over an hour away, while most others were charging significantly more. When I mentioned his price to other companies, the response was mostly to discredit him rather than justify their own pricing. Fortunately, I am very familiar with the electrical scope of this type of work, and his quote reflected the actual complexity of the job, not inflated pricing. He showed up on time, completed the install cleanly, and everything was done to code with a professional finish. I am a detail-oriented person and I appreciate a company that lines everything well and symmetrically. It's hard to find someone who is both honest and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The most unbelievable thing happened today that's never happened to me before. I called source electric and left them a message stating that all the outlets except for one in my garage hadn't been working for a month. Brad texted me back and asked what was going on. I told him. He recommended that I check the outlets for a GFI reset and lo and behold I found one, reset it and all my outlets worked again. I had power again. All of this through a text. I then offered to pay him and he refused payment telling me that he was just happy to help. I've never talked or met this guy Brad, but he just made my lofe better and easier. I'm always nervous about getting a new electrican and Brad made it super easy. Thank you Brad for restoring my faith back in humanity. There are good people out there and Brad is one of them for sure.

I recently hired Hunter Service Group for a comprehensive installation of a whole-home indoor air…read morequality solution, including an AprilAire E130W dehumidifier, an AprilAire ERV fresh air system, and a HEPA bypass filtration system. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism, expertise, and heart of this entire company. The seamless coordination of this project was anchored from inception to its end by their outstanding customer service representative, Kaitlyn. Her exceptional support, constant follow-up, and dedicated follow-through ensured that every phase of the project was perfectly handled and that we were taken care of every step of the way. The technical excellence started on day one with their engineer, Mr. Eric Melendez. I had initially called simply requesting a standard quote for a dehumidifier with a basic fresh air intake. When Eric arrived, he asked me a particular question that I rarely receive from home service professionals: "Why?" That single "why" made all the difference. By seeking to understand my deeper motivations rather than just selling equipment, Eric leveraged his immense expertise and experience to design a custom, "Cadillac" IAQ solution far beyond anything I could have conceived or requested on my own. I am deeply grateful for Mr. Eric Melendez's professionalism, attention to detail, and for engineering a solution that truly honored my "why." The electrical phase was executed beautifully by a top-tier team led by Lead Electrician Mr. Christopher Carker, with stellar support from Mr. Arthur Rios and Mr. Eder Santos. Chris was phenomenal from the moment he arrived, proactively walking me through the electrical runs and reassuring us that we could continue "business as usual" without any power interruptions. During his initial survey, Chris noticed that our home lacked a whole-home residential surge protector for our appliances and solar panel system. He highly recommend we protect our investment, specifically at our main panel and our CPS Energy service connection. Rather than overwhelming me, he gave me options and I completely trusted his expertise. He recommended the heavy-duty DITEK DTK-120/240HD2 surge protector, which I gladly accepted. The electrical team ran everything cleanly from our Main Service Panel (MSP), installed the dedicated outlets, and executed their tasks with absolute precision and courtesy. Finally, the real heroes of the project--the HVAC Team! On Thursday and Friday (August 20 & 21), Mr. Jesse Montemayor and Mr. Christian Moreno led the way, putting in long, hot hours of top-notch work. On Friday, they brought in two outstanding young technicians, Mr. Eric Cruz and Mr. Ryan, to help with the heavy duct runs and complete the task. This team didn't just install the premium AprilAire E130W, ERV, and HEPA bypass equipment; they went above and beyond by custom-building an 8x12 plywood wall inside our walk-in attic to securely house the entire system. Squeezing around bulky, insulated ductwork is an intense task, but this crew handled it with absolute craftsmanship, expert knowledge, and a great attitude. Their dedication to providing exemplary customer service was incredible, and it was a true privilege to interact with them and express our gratitude to these hardworking men in a practical way. From Kaitlyn's administrative dedication and Mr. Eric Melendez's visionary engineering, to the elite electrical oversight of Mr. Christopher Carker and the stellar craftsmanship of Jesse, Christian, Eric, and Ryan, Hunter Service Group is a world-class operation. They use their skills, knowledge, and expertise to be of immeasurable benefit to families. We are absolutely thrilled with our new, purified air system!

Instead of trying to sell me a new system, he was completely honest and let me know that I didn't need one at all. It's rare to find a company that puts honesty and integrity ahead of making a sale, and that speaks volumes about Hunter Group. On top of that, Brendan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He even brought treats for my puppy girl, which was such a thoughtful touch! If you're looking for an HVAC company you can truly trust, call Hunter Group. They've earned a customer for life.
