I tried act fast only because it was 5 star, 3 times in total and finally he answered. I was glad I kept calling, this guy does quality work at a fair price. He will stay with job until it is done to your liking. This dude is super nice. I think my mom adopted him as a son. He even waited until I made a cup of coffee before he started ! Bless his heart. Mike was very courteous, professional, He truly knows what he's doing. He had found two breakers in our breaker box in the home that had at one point sparked and caused heat damage to the inside of our breaker box. He replaced those two large breakers, then he also made sure every fire alarm in the house was replaced with a new 10-year battery alarm!! I don't like headaches and that saved me a big five of them!! lol I thought the company has got a great technician with this guy. Then I found out he was the owner! Instead of offering a professional explanation, he immediately became defensive, speaking to me in a condescending manner as if I were accusing him of something--which was not my intention at all. When I pointed out that the issue only began after his work, his response was, "That's what happens when you buy a used house," which I found extremely rude and dismissive. He then told me to "contact an electrician" if the problem persisted--as though that were not his line of work. While the original repair may have been completed, the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service during my interaction was unacceptable.
