He always explains the issue clearly, walks me through the fix, and makes sure I fully understand what's going on. Most recently, he diagnosed a circuit problem affecting my microwave and circuit. Since I couldn't be there, he carefully explained how he tested everything, shared photos, and wrote detailed notes about his findings. I especially appreciate that he sends photos and explanations in messages so I can go back and refer to them later if I need a reminder about the issue. He was incredibly patient, even taking time to explain things again over the phone. He also goes above and beyond by checking other basic issues around the house and gave helpful advise. He's honest, never tries to upsell unnecessary work, and his prices are very reasonable. He's also very professional -- he always arrives on time and sends a notification before coming. We're very happy with his professionalism, honesty patient and highly recommend him!

He replaced those two large breakers, then he also made sure every fire alarm in the house was replaced with a new 10-year battery alarm!! Terrance was amazingly quick at diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was very professional and courteous. After this experience, I made the decision to go with them to replace my old fuse box. I had been putting this off until I found someone whose work I trusted. Aaron arrived promptly after receiving a permit. Getting the permit, and having the work done all went very quickly. My electrician took the time to walk through where exactly I wanted it placed and talked through the best way to run the wiring to minimize visibility. Really appreciated that he made sure I was comfortable with the plan before getting started. The work itself was clean and professional, and the outlet works perfectly. What really impressed me was how helpful he was beyond just the electrical work. While he was here, my patio door handle completely broke off (totally unrelated to his work--someone else in my house broke it). He gave me some informal advice about what replacement part I'd need. Then when he had to run to the home improvement store to grab something for the outlet installation, he offered to pick up the door handle for me too. That kind of thoughtfulness and going the extra mile was great to see and highly appreciated since I had a busy day dealing with kids before a trip. I'd absolutely hire this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.
