When I pointed out that the issue only began after his work, his response was, "That's what happens when you buy a used house," which I found extremely rude and dismissive. He then told me to "contact an electrician" if the problem persisted--as though that were not his line of work. While the original repair may have been completed, the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service during my interaction was unacceptable. They informed me when they got here it was in perfecting working order and just needed some adjustments and a new outlet cover). They were very honest about the repair and the process took maybe 20 minutes and they charged me like half of what they quoted me! It was I think $150 after taxes and what not. I will call them for any electrical problem I have in the future and I will recommend them to friends and family.
