I did my homework, called a few companies for a free estimate and never heard back from them. A few months passed, got busy with other projects, then I started looking again and I found Bryant Outdoor Lighting. They advertise free estimates. So I filled out my info and I got a response - I almost fell out of my chair. I had a set date for someone to actually come out and take a look and give me an estimate. The day was here and a young gentleman by the name of Andrew came by - gave me a what sounded like a rehearsed spill about lights. Ok, cool, I'm telling myself. He then checked out the front and back yard. He would get back with me in less than a week. Just like he said, I received a detailed email from Andrew, with all the information about the different options and prices. I studied it and approved it. In less than 2 weeks (got behind because it rained one entire week) I had my outdoor lights installed and they make my house and landscaping look awesome. We love the aesthetics of these lights. To me, they're the only permanent lights vendor that offer lights that match the size and brightness of the traditional C7-C9 holiday light bulbs which I loved. While I was originally resistant to upgrade to permanent lighting as I didn't love the aesthetics of the other vendors, when we found this company, I changed my mind due to the dramatically larger bulb size. I love that we can change the colors to match game night (Cowboys, Spurs, etc) beyond just holidays. We're really impressed with the lights. We experienced some isolated install issues and delays which resulted in an extra long install. However, the owner Jaime and sales rep, Stephen, went above and beyond to ensure our total satisfaction and even gave us a discount and some freebies to compensate for the trouble. I don't believe this would be an issue with other clients due to the nature of the delays. Stephen is very responsive and provides wonderful customer service. Robert is very friendly and super knowledgeable on how to tackle my situation. He explained the best way to run the outlet without tearing up the drywall and to best run the conduit around existing garage door opener mounts. Robert came back out the following week and took care of adding the new outlet and I'm super happy with the results!
