When he returned to complete the installation, we asked if he could take care of a few additional items. He didn't hesitate, even using some of his own materials to help us out. He also shared valuable advice and insights that were extremely helpful for our project. Although he honored his original quote without any increase, we felt it was only right to pay him a little extra as a professional courtesy. We'll absolutely work with him again. I did my homework, called a few companies for a free estimate and never heard back from them. A few months passed, got busy with other projects, then I started looking again and I found Bryant Outdoor Lighting. They advertise free estimates. So I filled out my info and I got a response - I almost fell out of my chair. I had a set date for someone to actually come out and take a look and give me an estimate. The day was here and a young gentleman by the name of Andrew came by - gave me a what sounded like a rehearsed spill about lights. Ok, cool, I'm telling myself. He then checked out the front and back yard. He would get back with me in less than a week. While I was originally resistant to upgrade to permanent lighting as I didn't love the aesthetics of the other vendors, when we found this company, I changed my mind due to the dramatically larger bulb size. I love that we can change the colors to match game night (Cowboys, Spurs, etc) beyond just holidays. We're really impressed with the lights. We experienced some isolated install issues and delays which resulted in an extra long install. However, the owner Jaime and sales rep, Stephen, went above and beyond to ensure our total satisfaction and even gave us a discount and some freebies to compensate for the trouble. Robert is very friendly and super knowledgeable on how to tackle my situation. He explained the best way to run the outlet without tearing up the drywall and to best run the conduit around existing garage door opener mounts.
