The main job was to get an outlet installed for an EV charger and Kelly's expertise was top notch when it came to explaining my system and recommendations for placement and their quote was very fair. I had Kelly check another issue for me that wasn't part of my original inquiry and he took the time to figure it out and got me booked for someone to come and do the work really promptly. Charles came out and assessed the problem and resolved it within minutes, explained the issue and answered questions I had with expertise. He also helped me answer a few more questions about some things with switches, very friendly and overall this team was solid. For me, the price of the service wasn't even a question by the time these guys were done. Even if they were on the higher end of an Electrician's cost (which they're not, they're right on par) it would have been worth it for all the things so explained here. Appreciate this team and would trust them with any and all jobs I need completed in the future.

He always explains the issue clearly, walks me through the fix, and makes sure I fully understand what's going on. Most recently, he diagnosed a circuit problem affecting my microwave and circuit. Since I couldn't be there, he carefully explained how he tested everything, shared photos, and wrote detailed notes about his findings. I especially appreciate that he sends photos and explanations in messages so I can go back and refer to them later if I need a reminder about the issue. He was incredibly patient, even taking time to explain things again over the phone. He also goes above and beyond by checking other basic issues around the house and gave helpful advise. Homer's solution was much more simple to just pull it from the breaker box in the garage. He clarified that at night times when the usage is low, the rest of the house won't need much and I could likely safely pull 50Amp without tripping the breaker. And if I did, he said I could just use the charger at half power instead. Cost a fraction of what the others were quoting. He was able to get it all done the next day, took about 30mins.
