Jon was thorough with his check list around kitchen and found problem and fixed it promptly. His wife is very kind on telephone and made sure to let Jon, I needed him to fix this as he was over in December fixing the wire in the horse barn as his son and another electrician. Jon came and provided me with a free estimate which was what I was expecting to pay and hired him on the spot. I had an appointment scheduled the following week, which was today As I write this. He and his son came out and fixed an outlet which kept tripping And confirmed I did not need to increase the wattage in my breaker box. Excellent work and even better customer service. Quick responses from request for quote to scheduling the date of work. My house has very tight access points and work was still completed in a timely manner. They explained everything clearly and were always prompt with providing updates and informing of issues. They cleaned up and left no trace of them being there. My home is under some remodeling and isn't the cleanest, and they still made the effort to remove the excess materials. Did some extensive troubleshooting to figure out why my hot tub will not turn on. After about 45-60 minutes he found a 'hidden' ground fault circuit breaker behind the utility room. Once reset, hot tub started working. He only charge me the minimum ($90). Before him I had another company come by & they gave me an estimate of $200.
