His wife is very kind on telephone and made sure to let Jon, I needed him to fix this as he was over in December fixing the wire in the horse barn as his son and another electrician. I hired his crew within a week, and they knocked out my project in less than a day. Jon came and provided me with a free estimate which was what I was expecting to pay and hired him on the spot. I had an appointment scheduled the following week, which was today As I write this. He and his son came out and fixed an outlet which kept tripping And confirmed I did not need to increase the wattage in my breaker box. My house has very tight access points and work was still completed in a timely manner. They explained everything clearly and were always prompt with providing updates and informing of issues. Did some extensive troubleshooting to figure out why my hot tub will not turn on. After about 45-60 minutes he found a 'hidden' ground fault circuit breaker behind the utility room. Once reset, hot tub started working. He only charge me the minimum ($90). Before him I had another company come by & they gave me an estimate of $200.
