As a result, my chair was not high enough when in the sitting position. When it finally arrived and I couldn't get comfortable in it, he had me bring it in and helped me adjust it to the perfect settings. They also helped me get the footrest just right and I'm finally comfortable in both positions. Great customer service. Thank you, ErgoDirect!

We needed a basic desk that could support an adjustable keyboard tray. Most businesses offering…read moreergonomic solutions only sold extremely expensive desks.
