As a result, my chair was not high enough when in the sitting position. Nick showed me multiple options, including footrests, custom keyboard trays (I use a large keyboard and would need an extra large one), chairs, etc. I settled on a footrest and new chair that goes higher. When it finally arrived and I couldn't get comfortable in it, he had me bring it in and helped me adjust it to the perfect settings. They also helped me get the footrest just right and I'm finally comfortable in both positions. Great customer service. Thank you, ErgoDirect!
