The manager promised me that she would arrange to swap my broken chair for a chair in their showroom during the week of Januay 23, 2023. I never heard from the store or the store manager again and it's February 2 21, 023! I have not had a good experience with either the store or their product. My experience with this store has not been good.

When it was my turn, I let the gentleman know that I had a label to print out. He told me that it would cost $3.28. I said that was fine, except the version he brought me was cut off on the left side. He attempted it one more time and brought it to me again, this time worse than the first. He went back to do it a third time and it was exactly the same. I asked if I would still have to pay full price for a label that was cut off and he said yes. I offered to resend the label if it would be helpful in a different way, and he said he'd have to charge me for the other copies. I declined and just bought the first version that was partially cut off and ended up filling in the cut off portion with a pen in my car before attaching the label. I feel the store might need a little more training on how to use the computers and printers. If this is an office store, I can't be the first person who has sent a label to be printed out.
