The manager promised me that she would arrange to swap my broken chair for a chair in their showroom during the week of Januay 23, 2023. I never heard from the store or the store manager again and it's February 2 21, 023! I have not had a good experience with either the store or their product. At Ergo Works, Liz worked very patiently (explaining edge details and shape options) with us to design a simple laminate top table with very sturdy legs. She even called the manufacturer to see what tabletops might be in stock and sent photos of color/pattern. Our many questions were answered quickly. The keyboard tray and table are ordered by Ergo Works. Delivery and installation are done in one efficient appointment on site.
