I built it myself 7 years ago, so I usually handle maintenance myself, but I couldn't get it to turn on at home, and I didnt want to make things worse, so I found Joe's online and gave a call. Turns out my computer was fine. The first time Zack plugged it in at Joe's, it booted up no issue. Despite the relative ease of the fix, Zack was very cordial when I called, and at the store he was naming parts in my custom rig before I even pointed them out. He even offered to hit my PC with the air compressor at no charge (well, at the expense of the clean countertops,; I'm embarrassed to admit I had not dusted my PC in years).
