I didn't care as much about resolution, upgraded speaker quality, etc. as it was a little-used television that I listened to more than watched while working on projects. I am not really tech savvy (nearly everything I was looking for was what my wife told me I needed, as I have trouble just getting the remotes to work) so I decided to come here first. The person I talked to was very helpful. He showed me a couple of televisions that would work but one was way more expensive than I needed (his words actually) and the other was so basic that various apps couldn't be installed onto it. He apologized but couldn't recommend spending a lot on a tv here when a cheap Asian import at Walmart would work a lot better. I appreciated his honesty and advice. If I need a really nice television, I will trust the people here.

From the consult appointment of KC to installation, we are pleased with the excellent customer service. Initially, KC made a visit to consult on our needs. No charge for home visit! He listened and answered our questions. He prepared an estimate that was emailed to us. We approved and paid a deposit. Shortly, after an appointment for installation was set up. The plan-- *Install a new 55" Samsung TV mounted on brick wall above our fireplace. A sound bar was attached to the bottom of the TV. It will improve sound in the large family room with a vaulted ceiling. *Move the 46" Samsung TV we bought from Towne four years ago to another room, the office sitting area. It was mounted on a wall. Service men were efficient and professional. (They removed shoes in the house.) They checked with us about details including appropriate placement. After installation, an informative clear explanation of the remote settings for the tv and for the sound bar were given. They cleaned up. We highly recommend this family owned local business.

I did as requested, but no response came. We followed up with additional emails, and then another call when I was told that Calvin was very busy but would get back to me. Two months later, and I haven't heard back from them. Would I love to hire them? Yes. Would I pay them to do the jobs we need? Yes! Will they ever get back to me? We shall see...

Our house has a fairly large driveway (around 4,500 square feet) that wraps around house and…read moreconnects to our garage. Since we moved in during the summer of 2016, I haven't done much to it except shovel snow and occasionally spray the cracks for weeds. It wasn't in bad shape, but the edges of the driveway were slowly being overtaken by grass and other growth and the cracks were getting larger. Something had to be done. After looking on Yelp for recommendations and not finding many (which is peculiar, as most houses have driveways that need sealing!) my wife reminded me that our back neighbor does it for a living. So, after yelling across the fence we made arrangements for an initial inspection and quote. Because of the weather and internet problems, it took a bit to receive but it was very reasonable for the amount necessary. More importantly, it included filling the cracks and edging... something that other companies I contacted for estimates refused to do. They came on the day they were supposed to, but several hours early. Had we not been neighbors, they might have been more strict to the time but we are friendly and I didn't mind. It proved to be a bigger job than they anticipated, as there was a LOT of driveway that had to be edged. At least several hundred feet! It was 90+ degrees out but there they were doing a most excellent job of it, and then they top coated everything with the black stuff. In short, they did a fantastic job. I remember watching my father do it with our large driveway as a kid and vowed I wouldn't do it myself. Thanks to this company, I don't have to! I highly recommend them if you need your driveway top-coated. PS: there are no options in Yelp for "driveway sealing", or "asphalt" or anything similar that I can file this under in the "Categories" section. Yelp should add it.

Worst company to deal with, ever!! Cameras didn't work from the beginning and when we called to…read morehave them looked at, we were today there was a $149 fee just to have the technician come to the house and additional fees for the work done. Mind you, we were paying a monthly service fee for any services that were needed. After fulfilling our side of the 2 year contract, we called to cancel. We were told there would be no kore charges and then the next month my card was charged. Called ADT again and was told the funds would be refunded to my card. Here we are almost 3 weeks later and still no refund. Lesson learned for me will hopefully help someone in the future when they think about doing business with ADT. Don't do business with ADT. Stick to the ring or blink cameras, they work 1000% better and don't cost nearly as much.
