The O'Keefe team (father and son) was terrific!. I had a few companies provide quotes, but even during that process they were far more personable and sincere in the way they approached everything. I had my electrical panel replaced and some diagnostics done on some bad outlets, which were also then replaced. They had a fair price, arrived on time, left no mess and completed the job in less time than they originally stated I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking a quality electrician. Even after the job was completed, and the invoice paid, Rob still responded to a question with very quick turn around. Was not a fan, We recently renovated our whole house and needed electrical throughout. They came over and walked through our house with us. I will say they were incredibly outgoing, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. We spent a solid 30/45 minutes with them going over the project and even chatted and BS'd a little bit afterward. At the end they asked us how much we thought this was going to cost (which I thought was a weird question). They seemed sincere when they said it wouldn't cost more than X amount. They also offered to do our HVAC work and we were told "we will beat any price"and we left feeling pretty good about everything. I had to call multiple times over 3 weeks to finally get a quote (I understand it can take a little while to get back to people with quotes, but he kept saying he would have it to me in a couple days and then a week would go bye and were ready to hire.) he finally gets back to me and the price is double what they said it would not be over... the HVAC work? Well, we got a better quote from Meyers brothers out of delmar and when we told him, he said... and I quote "well what's the deal? Am I just wasting my time with you guys, or what?" ... needless to say he did not beat their quote. We did not go with them. Seems like they do good work based off other reviews. So good for them. Robert installed the electrical for our pool which was completed in November. Rob worked with the pool contractor to coordinate and installed a large service from our house to our garage to run the pool pump/filter. He was constantly looking out for us, trying to save us money. More importantly, Rob did an excellent job and his price was lower than the other three contractors we contacted.
