It's a rare pleasure to reach out for service and actually have someone pick up the phone or call you back almost immediately. Rob and his crew have delivered excellent work ever since I started using them a few years ago. They are professional, pleasant, and respectful while working around my staff and family. They work well independently, which allows me to stay focused on my daily responsibilities without having to step in. While they may not be the cheapest in the area, their responsiveness, quality of work, and reliability provide tremendous added value. You get what you pay for--plus extra--with O'Keefe Electric.

I called July 15th and was told the reason I didn't have a quote after a week was becuase "there were a lot of emergencies, and he -I assume the step father- would light a fire under his butt to get it done." Well, today is 7/23/26 and I still haven't heard a peep. Definitely lost a customer here; obviously there's a severe lack of oversight in this company.

He and the workers at KES are very professional, they are reasonably priced, knowledgeable and will make time to resolve your problem. As most people, I am often motivated to blast someone, or a company, for a terrible job, terrible service or a terrible attitude when they haven't met the baseline expectation. If they've met the baseline, I don't care enough to spend the time to review a company. Of course, when a company vaults over the "high bar", I also feel an obligation to review that company. I'd say that Chris and KES has done that.

MK showed up when promised and was here under 3 hours. The install looks great! Very minimal intrusion or visibility as he has to run the wire from my basement to the garage.
