He informs me that he can resolve this issue and will let me know when it's resolved. By this time I'm already frustrated. I've waited a couple of weeks to give Rene time to resolve this issue. I came by to pick up my PC with Rene confidently telling me the issue was resolved. He did a quick display and at first the pc was working with no issues. Victor had a clear understanding of what is likely broken, estimated cost of repairs, and expected lead time. He went above and beyond to make sure my laptop was brought back to me as soon as possible. The team here had sent me price estimates for the parts I needed BUT THEN was able to get parts from a local supplier. Instead of the initial 10-15 day lead time, my laptop was actually ready in I think 2 or 3 days?! These guys are quick, professional, and knowledgeable. The thing that stood out the most was when Victor had notified me that the manufacturer's warranty could solve my issue for a cheaper, but longer lead time. When I picked up the phone it had the exact same issue. I had already paid him $250 to fix my phone and could not get my money back.
