I've never written a Yelp review in my life but this one was warranted. I dropped my phone on a trip to the Keys and it worked fine for about a week before entering a boot loop. A few times I got it to turn on but for the most part I thought all hope was lost. I brought my phone in and originally was told they couldn't help me due to water damage. The young man working in the shop stepped in and took a look to see what was possible. My phone is still water damaged and there are a few issues but the boot loop stopped completely and I was able to access some really important information. Best part? There was no charge. These folks aren't in the business of being greedy. If you're having some weird iPhone or Mac probs, bring your devices here. You're in good hands. read more

My charger would not plug into my iPhone and I though it would have to be replaced. These guys looked at it said something got stuck in the charger and took care of it in under 5 minutes. Upfront and honest. If you need your apple product repaired look no further. Go to Fix Apple Now. read more

First came here 2 years ago to increase the RAM in my MacBook Pro. Worked great until about a month ago. However, lately I've been experiencing the "spinning color wheel of death" pretty frequently. Found out the problem is my mid-2012 model still had the old Hard Disk Drive and it could be replaced by the newer Solid State Drives (SSD) which are way faster. Other places wanted $500 - $700 to do the work depending on the size of the SSD. Fix Apple Now said that if I bought my own SSD, they'd install it and transfer my data onto the new drive for only $99. Had it done , saved a bunch of money and now my old MacBook is lightening fast! Thanks so much Brian... the work here was quick, affordable and more than did the trick. Couldn't be happier or more pleased. read more

I have purchased two refurbished MacBooks from Fix Apple Now. They offer complimentary shipping and a six-month warranty. They work great and i appreciate the affordability. I've had them repair my sound system on an Apple device and clean my computers. Both Services were prompt and thorough. I appreciate their fair professionalism and care. read more

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Fox Apple Now. Professionalism, knowledge and honesty are just a few words to describe the employees that helped me. I went in to trade in my MacBook Pro to buy a new refurbished laptop and the gentlemen that helped me diagnosed my laptop and showed me that it can be fixed for a cheaper price than buying a new laptop. If it wasn't for this help, I would've spent almost $1000 somewhere else. I left Fix Apple Now praying $151 and my 2011 MacBook Pro laptop is as if I bought a brand new one! Thank you for your honesty and help! read more

I inadvertently posted this review on the site for the Weston location. My apologies as my visit was to the Hallandale shop. The track pad on my MacBook air was malfunctioning so paid my first visit to Fix Apple Now yesterday morning. I arrived a minute after opening at 10:01 and was greeted immediately by Brain. I explained the trouble that I was having and Brian took my machine into the back work area. He emerged within a few minutes and showed me exactly what the cause of the problem was, and suggested a simple, affordable solution. I was on my way within 20 minutes, with the Mac operating perfectly. I'll be back to this establishment again as soon as I need service on any of my Apple products. I much prefer to give my business to these people than visit a mega Apple Store for repair service. I was treated like a valued customer. Oh yes, there's plenty of convenient parking just around the corner from the shop.I read more

Brian was extremely helpful and fixed my keyboard for me within minutes. Highly recommend this place!

Very honest about the repair needed. My home buttom wasn't working, so I called, they were able to take me in right away. They said a home button replacement was $45, but that they didn't think that was the problem, that it just may be a lose connection in which case it was only $25 to fix. I was able to get it back right away and for the lesser charge. I wouldn't have known the difference had they charged me the larger amount, so I was quite pleased they were honest with what needed to be done and with the quick service. Highly recommend! read more

Just got my LCD screen fixed on my MacBook Pro retina by Anthony and Brian. I'm so so happy with the customer service they provided and the efficiency of their service. The lowest price I got besides this one was 160 opposed to 125 here. I waited for it to be fixed & it took less than the 30 mins they had told me. Brian helped me out with my computer issue. My MacBook Air had a failing touchpad and keyboard. I took it to Apple and they replaced the touchpad but that did not solve the problem. Of course Apple wanted me to pay $700 to replace the motherboard. Brian discovered that the connector to the touchpad was malfunctioning. He replaced it for a fair price and now my computer feels brand new again. He was extremely quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for your computer needs. read more

Fast, quick, & cheap service. They fixed my iPhone 6 in 30 minutes. I dropped off the phone, had a coffee next door, and hung out in the shop until it was done. They have ample seating, outlets, and wifi if you want to bring a laptop or tablet to use while you wait. I'd definitely recommend this spot. read more

I dropped my iPhone 5c and it landed smack-down on pavement. I braced myself as I picked it up, only to turn it around and see a completely shattered screen. I was livid. It was Sunday night and I called this store after reading their great reviews on Yelp, but it was after hours. Early the next morning, I received a call from Christina inquiring about the missed call in their database. Wow. I gave her my sob story and she gave me great news. I arrived at 6pm and the phone was ready by 7pm. Christina was super friendly and gave me a deal. It still seems SUPER expensive, but I understand and appreciate all that goes into the fix. I highly recommend this place, they saved me! read more
