So, they returned it to me and the same day it cut off and never came back on.......I also had to make a second trip because they removed my stand and forgot to put it back on.....Weeks later, I simply purchased a new PS5 but keep the old one. Did some research and found that it might be experiencing a power supply issue. I ordered a new power supply and installed it........Fixed. This is a service they offer but when I mentioned it, they said it would cost additional money to be shipped out and had no timetable on when it would be completed. I fixed it in 30 minutes....The only positive, they were very polite...I just wish they were as knowledgeable as they were polite.

I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.

I went in with high hopes, having had positive interactions in the past, but this time was very different. I explained to the technician that my screen wasn't functioning. He confidently offered to replace it in about 5-7 minutes for $157 (or $155 via Zelle). After a quick comparison with another store that quoted $225, I decided to proceed. When he finished, I noticed the screen looked blurry, and there was a warning that said "unidentified part detected." When I inquired about it, he mentioned a genuine part costs more and didn't let me know a non-genuine part would be used. I would've preferred to pay for the real deal! Things escalated quickly. He became visibly frustrated, saying he'd need to talk to his boss. After some time, he returned but had reverted my phone back to the non-functioning screen! When I asked why, he couldn't give a clear answer. In the end, he refused to give me my phone back and actually demanded $50 for the service I never received.
