It is my only phone, so I needed the repair as quick as could be. One shop I called told me they would have to order the part and it would be one week (really? just say you don't know how). But Tech Repair Plus told me they had the part and the process would take 2 hours. Done! Now my brother dropped his drill on my phone and broke it again! I didn't think twice and called Tech repair Plus and drove over. It is easy to find on St. Charles road, but I needed to park a bit away. I hope I will not break my glass again, but if I do, this is where I will go.

Jesus took great care of me. I messaged him on Yelp after an unsuccessful appointment at the Google…read moreStore for my Pixel 6a. I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.
