They do not honor their warranties. Terrible customer service. Truly felt scammed from this place. Do not do any business with them!

I have never written a review in my life, but this place was horrible. My mom took my water-damaged phone here to be fixed and they originally charged us $180, which is not the issue. Following this, we returned to this shop about 15 times in the span of like 2 months because it had non stop issues. When we came in the first time, we asked for my phone to be completely fixed, yet were forced to come back because first, the charging port wasn't working. They tried to charge us $75 for a cheap charging port but eventually just agreed on $15. Next thing you know, they had to put 4 different ports in my phone on 4 separate occasions because my mic didn't work and I couldn't charge my phone. EVERY NEW PORT they put in my phone was just worse than the one I came to fix. however, i was willing to accept it bc they just kept gaslighting me and i was tired of wasting my time coming back. However my phone, after like another week(so now currently) is barely usable and completely blacks out and won't even turn on. me and my mom asked for a refund, and instead of a refund they said they would give us a "brand new" iphone 11 which was actually a scratched up refurbished phone, so we said no. we asked for our $195 after all the wasted time, gas, and headache just for my phone to immediately break down after they "fixed it" Btw Hamzah, the guy whose the manager, he said to me "we always warn out customers with water damage that issues can come up no matter if we fix it" WHICH ME AND MOM WERE NEVER EVEN WARNED OF, LIKE WHAT? so your warning us after we paid and came here a million times? On top of that he's like "well that's why you shouldn't dunk your phone in water" first of all, it fell in water, second of all, it shouldn't matter to you if i found this phone washing up the shore of the atlantic ocean u told me you can fix water damage so do your job. they only gave us $115 back, because they said the parts in my phone make up the rest of the cost. its a huge scam because you're basically charging me for parts i would have never paid for if i knew my phone wouldn't even be fixed. read more

These guys fixed my screen 4 months ago when I dropped it. Today the screen stopped working - first the touch didn't work, then it went black. I brought it in and they said they could replace the new screen, but it was past the 90 day warranty so they wouldn't do anything else, because I could have dropped it. I said I didn't and check it for damage - you won't find any. He said there might not be any visible damage, even if they opened it. I said you guys put this screen in - and you're not going to do anything at all. Really? The guy said he could give me $20 off. I said I would take it somewhere else. Don't expect quality work, and if you get any work done, don't expect them to stand by it. read more

Great service, and with a smile. Several places, including the Verizon store and other "fix it" shops, told me I needed a new battery for my Samsung A50 phone and it would take a week. So, I ended up at We Fix and Moody (my spelling is probably screwy) took my Samsung and simply cleaned out the charge port at the bottom of my phone. It totally fixed the problem -- and it was free !! If you're having a technical problem, go to We Fix on Route 83. You won't be disappointed. read more

Called several phone fix shops and noone had my screen. Most of the places I contacted seemed to not really care or never called me back. Went to see moody and he was really laid back plus super helpful. Ordered my screen that was impossible to get. Ya ok. Highly recommended. Good work. read more

I brought my phone in for a battery replacement. When I took it home it had a green line on it they said it was a loose wire. Then my phone kept shutting off every two minutes when I brought it back they were unable to fix it. Got a refund on replacement battery but ended up having to get a new phone. should have just gone to Apple to start. read more

I had just recently dropped my Mac off here at this location a few days ago. I am always hesitant about where to take electronics, if there are any issues, because so many places are not honest and absolutely love to take advantage of you. But these guys are seriously awesome and HONEST! They literally called me to tell me that nothing was wrong with my Mac, and that I can come pick it up whenever it is convenient for me. I don't think that I have ever witnessed this kind of honesty. I was seriously waiting for a call to quote me some ridiculous price and no that did not happen. Don't be afraid to try these guys out. I was a little unease with using an independent repair shop for my phone, but it turned out really well. the helped me with an iPhone 11 that would not turn on. Fixed my iPad and did it quick. My tablet wouldn't charge and needed a new charging port. Looks and works great. Only criticism is that I asked that they call with a quote to let me know the cost before he fixed it and they didn't. Other than that good service. read more

So I had a text message stuck at the top of my screen which caused the entire screen to stop working or responding to touch therefore I took it in to We Fix to have it checked out. They guy running the front tells me I have too replace the screen and get the LCD replace. Little did I know that was all fake information. After paying them $155 to fix my phone it happens agin a month later. I took my phone to a real phone repair to have them tell me a just needed a hard power down, I have bad cookies. We Fix is aware of what they did and refused any form of refund after I messaged them about it. All together... terrible service, terrible people, terrible. read more

My husband brought in his s iPhone 7 after dropping it to have the screen replaced. He came to pick it up, paid them and brought the phone home to discover the home button didn't work. No remorse from the clerk working there - just a "we will call you when we get more home buttons in." Then, no call from them saying when they got more home buttons in stock. My husband went back today to ask for a refund because their "repair" caused more damage. He was given no refund and was told that he should tell Apple that the phone has a manufacturer defect. Bottom line, don't give these guys your devices to work on OR your money. I do NOT recommend this store - go to Apple and get it done right. read more

Brought my iPhone 6S for new battery. Called ahead - they said they could get the battery replaced while I waited. It took 30 minutes. Price was reasonable, phone works great. These guys are good. read more

This is my "go to" place whenever I have phone problems. I broke my phone screen and he was able to replace it right away. Then I had my daughter's iPhone that got ran over by a car. I was ready to throw it in the garbage but decided to bring it in this place to see if he can do something. Moody fixed this phone and believe it or not, it's working like nothing happened! I'm so happy that he saved me lots of $$ by not buying a new phone. Highly recommended! read more
