I took my cracked cell phone here, hoping that maybe the temporary fix wouldn't break the bank! I was offered 3 different options, and I chose the cheapest, because I really didn't want to spend a lot! I couldn't have been happier with the fix!!! You can't tell that there was a crack, and hopefully, I will get another year or 2 out of it!!! Very professional, very smart guys!!! Very reasonable!!!!! read more

Dropped off my 2017 Macbook Pro due to the original battery dying on me. The owner replaced the battery for $125.00 and had it done within 24 hours. Highly recommend. read more

I came here to get my iPhone screen replaced because it was cracked. The owner John was very nice and offered a premium "real iPhone" screen for $100 more so all in all I paid almost $300. The phone immediately had issues so I went back the next day and he told me it's from the previous falls.. that there was nothing he did or could do. When I take it to Apple the phone clear as day says the display is unknown and can't be detected. Now because I have a third party screen Apple charged me $380 for a replacement. I should have gone to Apple in the first place. This did not save me any money. It cost me more time and money for this hassle. read more

My MacPro wouldn't start. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to start up. I made an appointment with Micro Center in Westmont. I was on my way there to drop off my computer when I saw this shop. Since it was closer, I decided to take it in and see if they could fix it. John said he could try, so I left it with him. I came back the next day and, unfortunately, he was unsuccessful with the various options he tried. After returning my computer to me, I asked him how much I owed him for his diagnostics. He told me nothing, just to leave a review for him! Some places I've been to in the past have charged for their time, even if they were unable to fix a problem I've had with other equipment, so I really was surprised and appreciative. Thanks, John! read more

Excellent Service!! We took a dropped iPhone with a malfunctioning camera. The quote was great, the service was great, the overall experience was top notch. I would definitely return for any electronic device service and I will refer my friends and family. read more

Shout out to Jon at Ezmobifix. I had a hacking problem on my phone. Within a few minutes he went in and had my E-mail back in service and didn't even charge me for his service. Thank you so much. Great service. He also had a lot of beautiful phone covers I'll be going back to buy. read more

The store was very clean and organized. The customer service was better than the other 3 phone repair stores I had been to and the service was the best! Fast, orderly, and respectful! The screen price itself was very fairly priced being lower than the competition in that area. Overall, I'd return in a heartbeat if I needed something fixed. read more

Went there for audio ic chip iPhone 7 Plus issue. Jo was very professional and friendly and upfront about the issue and resolution and disclaimer involved. Fixed my phone very quickly. On top of that he replaced my screen protector with no charge. Definitely recommended. read more

Wow, don't even think about going anywhere else. Got quoted 95-105 to TEMPORARILY fix my screen at other places. EMobifix did it for less than half of that and had it done in less than 40 minutes. Super friendly guys too, chatted me up the whole time. Nice waiting area and chilled water bottles too. I live nearly an hour from this place and was around there for work but if I ever break anything electronic they're gonna get my business read more

This repair shop is the BEST! Best price AND best service. In the 12 years I was in the cell business I dealt with several repair facilities. EZMOBIFIX had the parts needed to fix my cell phone in stock, repaired it while I waited, and did it for a very fair price. I chose to wait while they fixed my phone and was able to watch them work on several electronic pieces; everything from iPhones, iPads, and Play Stations, to Android cell phones. They are obviously very skilled and knowledgeable and were able to repair each item rapidly and for a great price. No question about it. If you need something electronic fixed, this is the place! read more

Ezmobifix is the ONLY place you need to go for electronics repair. Sure, Joseph fixes mobile phones but he does so much more! I first went to him for a laptop issue, he also was able to get pictures off an old desktop tower that would no longer start. My wife was soooo happy to get those precious pictures back and now they're on a storage device. Recently he repaired a broken LCD screen on my iPhone. The quality of work is top notch, the speedy turnaround is incredible and the prices are unbeatable. The best part is since I live in Romeoville, he is in my back yard, no more driving to Joliet. Any electronic repair you need, (pretty sure he will work on HDTVs too!) look no further, Joseph is THE BEST!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Ezmobifix, I promise you will not regret it! read more

Our older IPad needed a repair to the place where the charger plugged in but Apple won't repair them when they are more than a few years old. I called around and one place who doesn't do this work recommended Ezmobifix. We called and they could fix it the next day and it would only take about an hour. We took it in and left it. Sure enough they called in about an hour that it was fixed. I asked if they also do battery replacements on iPhones and they do so we also had them replace that when we went to pick up the iPad, it only took them a few minutes and they put a complementary screen protected on the iPhone which is working out really well. They are polite, knowledgeable, and do a great job and the prices are very reasonable. Both the iPad and iPhone are still working well, thanks to Ezmobifix. read more

Don't throw your broken device away, these guys will fix it in no time with high quality parts.

Don't go to shop to fix your iPhone especially if you have issue with battery and back screen issues because they messed up your camera and battery so you have to end up buy the new phone. read more

My phone needed more than a simple repair; it had no exterior damage but bricked after a hard fall. I was told by the Apple genius bar and a different repair shop (who kindly referred me to Ezmobifix) that they couldn't fix my phone. Ezmobifix had it alive and fully functional by the end of the day. They had to replace several components, costing a very reasonable $80! Wow wow wow. Cannot recommend this place enough. THANK YOU, Ezmobifix!!! read more

Terrible service. Had a crack on my wife's phone and took it here to fix. They changed the screen and a month later the screen starts to black out and become unresponsive. We take it back and they tell her she needs to wait for a new machine they just ordered to fix the issue because it's an iPhone X and that's the only thing that'll fix it. Anyway we come back a week later, phone has gotten worse, and this "Magic" machine isn't there yet. THEN the guy who works there tells my wife that also her Battery is expanding and that's what's causing the issue. So finally we're fed up and get our money back. So we take the phone to another Repair place and they SHOW me that the battery in my wife's phone is NOT an Apple original. It's a third party battery. Since we've never done anything to this phone before until she accidentally cracked the screen AND we bought it new when it first came out, it's safe to assume that they went and took my wife's battery and switched it with a faulty battery to get her to buy another one. Shady ass business. I suggest EVERYONE to stay away from this place and take their business somewhere much more respectable. I'd give them negative stars if I could. read more

I just had an iPhone 6+ fixed by Joseph and I would definitely recommend doing business with him. I had the "Bend Gate" issue where the IC chip is the problem and he fixed my phone when none of the other shops around would even touch it and for a very very reasonable price. Joseph was very pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions. Hopefully I won't need any more phone repairs but if I do, I'm going straight to EZMOBIFIX. read more

Jon (or John, idk how he spells his name) repaired my phone's screen very quickly & added in a free screen protector. He was very nice & checked to make sure that after the screen replacement, my phone still worked as it did before. They also have a 6 month grace period for if the replacement screen starts to have issues, they'll replace it for free. I wouldn't give them 5 stars, however because I felt like something was lacking in their customer service. He kept pushing for a good review during the 30 minutes I was there. But overall, I would recommend this place to someone else. They charged me $100 for an iPhone 6S plus screen replacement. read more

I went here after my iPhone 6 screen shattered. Decided to go here after calling about 6-7 different mobile fix stores who quoted me about and over 120$ to fix the screen. Came here and to my surprise, the gentleman was very polite and very quick in fixing my screen. The price was the lowest among the multiple places I called. I was happy with the service and with how quick my phone screen was fixed. Joseph is very tech savvy and knows what he is doing and is very efficient and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get their phone fixed efficiently and for an unbeatable price. read more

This place is FANTASTIC!! I would highly recommend Ezmobifix for any device you need fixed! I dropped my iPhone7 in water and had taken it to various other shops who told me all I had was a "fancy paper weight". I'm so amazed they were able to get my absolutely dead, water damaged phone back alive! I was so worried about losing all of my photos, contacts, etc, but alas, Ezmobobifix was able to recover my phone completely! Also very friendly service! Thank you Ezmobifix! read more

Best service, no cheap crappy parts, no bs, affordable and best place to have your phone fixed! I will not go anywhere else. Get out of the malls they rip you off! read more

I would just like to say that Joseph is the guy that you go to when need any repairs done on your smartphone. First of all I had taken my IPhone 6 Plus back to Apple due to the touch screen was not working. This was four hours of waiting for someone to assist me and I had an appointment and they had told me because you are out of warranty then this phone's motherboard will need to be replaced. Next I started to shop around with different repair shops and they all give me the same answer we will have to open it and there will be a charge to look at this. I next called my carrier that stated there was a $199.00 deductible to replace the phone. I was then referred to Ezmobifix by a friend. So I was what do I have to lose and give Joseph a call that night . Now let me tell you this guy cares about his customers because he opened an hour early just to assist me with my phone. But that's not all he also took out a brand new phone and took my Sim card out and told me that I can use that until my phone gets repaired. He stated that he will work on the phone and will call me back with a total to repair the issue or if it can be fixed which he did. I was told that if would be about 45 minutes to fix the issue which was an IC chip that had went bad which Apple was telling me that it would take at least a week or two to repair or replace it. My advise to everyone is to drop the insurance that you pay every month on your phone and if you ever have an issue to take it straight there and you will love the results. Joseph has saved me money time and I was not without a phone while mines was getting repaired. read more
