The phone immediately had issues so I went back the next day and he told me it's from the previous falls.. that there was nothing he did or could do. When I take it to Apple the phone clear as day says the display is unknown and can't be detected. Now because I have a third party screen Apple charged me $380 for a replacement. This was an amazing experience. T-mobile wanted $150 to replace my iPhone SE with a refurbished one. Ezmobifix was able to REPAIR my phone with original parts after extensive water damage for $50. Our older IPad needed a repair to the place where the charger plugged in but Apple won't repair them when they are more than a few years old. I called around and one place who doesn't do this work recommended Ezmobifix. We called and they could fix it the next day and it would only take about an hour. We took it in and left it. Sure enough they called in about an hour that it was fixed. I asked if they also do battery replacements on iPhones and they do so we also had them replace that when we went to pick up the iPad, it only took them a few minutes and they put a complementary screen protected on the iPhone which is working out really well. Terrible service. Had a crack on my wife's phone and took it here to fix. They changed the screen and a month later the screen starts to black out and become unresponsive. We take it back and they tell her she needs to wait for a new machine they just ordered to fix the issue because it's an iPhone X and that's the only thing that'll fix it. Anyway we come back a week later, phone has gotten worse, and this "Magic" machine isn't there yet. THEN the guy who works there tells my wife that also her Battery is expanding and that's what's causing the issue. So finally we're fed up and get our money back. So we take the phone to another Repair place and they SHOW me that the battery in my wife's phone is NOT an Apple original. It's a third party battery. Since we've never done anything to this phone before until she accidentally cracked the screen AND we bought it new when it first came out, it's safe to assume that they went and took my wife's battery and switched it with a faulty battery to get her to buy another one. Shady ass business. I suggest EVERYONE to stay away from this place and take their business somewhere much more respectable. I'd give them negative stars if I could. read more

He was very nice & checked to make sure that after the screen replacement, my phone still worked as it did before. They also have a 6 month grace period for if the replacement screen starts to have issues, they'll replace it for free. I wouldn't give them 5 stars, however because I felt like something was lacking in their customer service. He kept pushing for a good review during the 30 minutes I was there. I would just like to say that Joseph is the guy that you go to when need any repairs done on your smartphone. First of all I had taken my IPhone 6 Plus back to Apple due to the touch screen was not working. This was four hours of waiting for someone to assist me and I had an appointment and they had told me because you are out of warranty then this phone's motherboard will need to be replaced. Next I started to shop around with different repair shops and they all give me the same answer we will have to open it and there will be a charge to look at this. I next called my carrier that stated there was a $199.00 deductible to replace the phone. I was then referred to Ezmobifix by a friend. So I was what do I have to lose and give Joseph a call that night . Now let me tell you this guy cares about his customers because he opened an hour early just to assist me with my phone. But that's not all he also took out a brand new phone and took my Sim card out and told me that I can use that until my phone gets repaired. He stated that he will work on the phone and will call me back with a total to repair the issue or if it can be fixed which he did. I was told that if would be about 45 minutes to fix the issue which was an IC chip that had went bad which Apple was telling me that it would take at least a week or two to repair or replace it. My advise to everyone is to drop the insurance that you pay every month on your phone and if you ever have an issue to take it straight there and you will love the results.
