He let me know he was about to close up, but he knew the phone model really well. He thought he could fix it in a half an hour. Then I look up and there he is standing at the counter. "Sorry, but I tried calling and your phone went to vm." WOW - really?! Instead of just leaving because he couldn't get in touch with me- he came up to let me know it was done. WOW! First time in November of 2024 I got the extended battery and didn't notice a difference. This time the standard. They said on this replacement the battery had swollen which is why it wouldn't hold a charge. And I can feel this one get warm too. Spend the couple extra bucks and just have Apple do it.
