I ask the employee where I can find the Oura ring display and he vaguely points to a corner of the store. I go that direction thinking as long as he sends me to the general direction of where the rings are, then I can manage to find it myself. The rings were not in that direction, so I spent the next 6-8 minutes looking for the rings. I could not find them and it took another 5 minutes until I was able to find another employee. Turns out they don't have the displays out, but I can go to the checkout to find the sizing kits. The lady at the checkout wasn't so helpful either, I was looking for a sizing kit to purchase so I can wear for 24 hours. But she just kept telling me to tell her the ring size I need and she will bring it out to me to purchase. Only problem is, oura ring number 5 is on preorder right now. So she probably can't go and grab it for me. I just said thank you and walked out. Overall my experience was remarkably unhelpful. I'll try another location and hope for a better experience.

I received the burner 4-days late. The tracking information stated it was packaged and shipped by a company called "Uni Uni" (not sure who that is). When the burner arrived, i opened the package and was unable to find any indication of the burner's 4K compatibility. Also, the Features section on the Best Buy website for this burner stated it was compatible with a variety of windows operating systems including Windows 11, but the User Manual does not indicate that feature. I returned the burner to the Best Buy store in Joliet. I explained my findings and suggested to the customer service girl that this was "deceptive advertisement". She said "they have no control over third party sellers". I guess a third party seller can lie about a product and Best Buy is okay with it???!!! So, buyer beware. Things are not as they seem when buying from the Best Buy website.

We've had Leonardi out for two appliance repairs in the last four months, and we won't be using them again. The first visit was for a dishwasher that had stopped getting the dishes clean. After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.
