The more time has gone on the worse their response to damage/loss of service has gotten.

They buried it right in the line where our future fence and fence post will go. I have been requesting since day one that they move this box over by a foot to make sure it does not interfere with our fence line. Their response was, "Just move your fence". I have called them on multiple occasions, had them submit no less than three construction tickets, all of which have been blatantly ignored. All I am asking is for the box to be moved 12 inches, and so far they have been un-responsive. Now I have to seek HOA, Township action as well as legal action. I would not want to find out how they treat their customers. I will never be one and encourage others not to be either, based on their lack of cooperation and big corporation mentality. I also just posted this with the BBB, but of course, they are not affiliated... no surprise. Run don't walk from this company!

When I walked in there were tons of electronics in there in various stages of repair from various decades, some old wood cabinet electronics all the way to 90's and newer. I showed the gentleman pictures on my phone of the radios and he immediately started telling me about them and what the common problems with them are. He gave me a ballpark estimate of cost to repair one. It was very reasonable considering what it was. I would absolutely recommend them, businesses like this are going extinct and it's a shame.

They transferred our numbers but couldn't activate my watch for a month. They still charged me. They also added things to my internet that I did not want. Cameras and streaming services that I don't need. They said it would not raise my payment, it did. The part that bothers me the most is that there is no accountability. No one will take ownership and rectify the problem. It's always "the online people versus the in-store people" and no one can do anything about the other. I am disappointed with Xfinity after one and a half months and am Looking for another service provider. Best of luck if you decide to use them because this headache is not worth the money.

You can buy online and pick up in store, and even make changes to existing accounts at this store. I liked having a brief conversation with the manager he was knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. There were ample brochures about the variety of Comcast Xfinity products and even some products to test out. I would definitely consider coming to this Xfinity store.

I also refuse to go to Comcast. I noticed an ad for Layer 3 tv online and decided to try it out. Let me preface by stating i have a 1gigabit internet thru the fine folks from RCN who also have excellent customer service. Layer3 TV is an internet based cable solution. Their feed runs thru your internet. and they have 4K. I admit i was skeptical at first but once i switched i have not looked back. The picture quality is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. They are new to the Chicago area so there are a few kinks but you can tell with the technology they use they will become a force. Please keep doing what you are doing I enjoy your services immensely.

Everything looks super professional, and they even put all of the network gear like the modem and router into a little cabinet so that it was hidden away. I was having constant issues with my service and having to reboot the router and modem, but I've had no issues since.
