This place has the best service! It's an underrated date night restaurant. You're always offered tea and or iced water. I got a tsingtao in addition We went for the Bo Luc Lac (shaking beef) and we also got their ribeye pho. I always need to be in the mood for pho and I'm the type of pho eater who just really likes the vegetables, beef and broth and almost all of my noodles are left. The noodles they use are SO good. A thicker cut and so flavorful. I ate almost of the noodles. 10/10 pho experience here. And their jalapeños were spicy!
Very welcoming service, good variety of food and drink options. I will be back to try their other noodle soups; the Pho Dac Biet was good so I'd like to get a type of noodle soup i havent tried here. (i.e. maybe Bo Bun Hue, or the beef stew) Their house special rice plate was very satisfying; the crispy egg rolls included stood out and were perfect to wrap in the lettuce and have with fishsauce. Everything was fresh and hit the spot. Very cozy and casual local business, good place to check out to satisfy vietnamese food cravings. The people who run this business are especially kind, even if few words were exchanged between us. Genuine smiles, checked up on how we were enjoying the food, ran outside to another customer who'd just left and forgotten her sunglasses, and later saved the to-go box my partner had packed and forgotten--we returned 15 minutes later after realizing, and were so happy to still have our rice plate leftovers for later :-)
First time I went here, I was looking for some good pho bho kho in the city. I decided to give this place a try and it was so yummy. The ho fun was fresh and soft because the owner gets its daily every day. i tried the Lychee Pond and it wasn't too sweet. Really good drink. The owner and wife are very nice, always telling us what is good. Today I went back to try pho ga w/ fresh ho fun noodles and the chicken was really tender. I wish they gave a little bit more meat because it wasn't that much considering the price of the pho ga($20). Other than that, broth was good, not too salty yet flavorful. I also ordered the strawberry matcha blended with grass jelly. This drink was also good, except the strawberry jam was a little too sweet... at first. After mixing the drink all over, it was perfect with ten grass jelly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone because they have more than pho, they have snacks, drinks, and even banh mi.
A pho restaurant moved from Alameda recently reopened in the wake of Covid. Owner was very friendly. Interior is very clean and big with huge tv screens one at the bar table where alcoholic drinks are also served. Ordered the A1 imperial roll, B4 grilled pork vermicelli, beef special, off the menu beef rolled in black leaf, Thai green tea w tapioca, lychee pond drink-lychee jelly and two fresh lychees inside with chia seeds. A1 imperial rolls- rice paper imported from Vietnam - interesting texture rice paper definitely different. More of a falling apart crispy. Good flavor of ingredients inside the roll 9/10 B4- average Vermicelli from Vietnamese pho Beef special- popular at the table. Strong flavor is paired with rice to offset the saltiness. Good sauce we repurposed as salad dressing for the extra leaves. Beef rolls in black leaf - off menu order made while talking with the owner. The beef rolls were very juicy and had a natural beef and fat flavor. Is meant to pair with some cilantro, mint leaves, perilla leaves, and another herd I don't know. Asked for extra lettuce leaves to wrap it up. Tasted great with the fish sauce 9/10 Lychee pond- strong oolong? tea and very sweet fresh lychee inside. Owner showed us the fresh lychees they use for the drink. Thai green tea - strong tea solid flavor 8/10- tapioca was chewy and sweet 9/10 Overall a solid Vietnamese location with every dish tasting authentic and a passionate owner. Parking wasn't hard to find around the block.
Food: 5/5 Chicken pho noodles is my go to place for here. This warms my stomach and soothes my soul with this comfort food with thick rice noodles. I ordered a green thai boba, as they make tantalizing tea drinks as well, hence the name, teazzert, get it, yaddamean? Also, garlic shrimp egg noodles hits the spot for me as well! Service: 5/5 - They are so quick especially when you get off of work and don't feel like cooking. I would say it's a little pricey but it's worth it due to the inflation right now. Ambiance: 5/5 - lovely atmosphere ! Very friendly family-owned restaurant. They always offer my daughter a piece of candy. It's also very clean and intimate as well !
Loved the lowkey layout design of the restaurant. They have a bar and karaoke machine (but it seems they have the karaoke for personal use ^_^). Two uncles were serving us that day. We initially decided on venturing out to Teazzert because we wanted to try their Pho Bo Kho (Beef Stew), Lychee Pond drink, and Honeydew shaved ice. Sadly, none of those items were available. Instead, we went with their Bun Bo Hue, Pho Dac Biet, and their iced coffee. The Bun Bo Hue came with a pork hock and pork blood. I truly enjoyed devouring it. The Pho Dac Biet was also very tasty!! They used fresh ho fun noodles which I prefer. Their iced coffee had way too much ice and barely any coffee.... Anyways, solid spot for Vietnamese noodle soup! If it wasn't priced so high, I'd definitely be venturing out here more often. Also, be sure to ask for "Kim's Specialty Sauce". Sooo good and the best extra kick for whichever soup you decide on.
Food is really tasteful. I've ordered A1 (fried crab imperial rolls) AMAZING! Full of flavor, fresh, crunchy, I loved it and, P2 (Pho Ga Di Bo) which was for me, to come back to life. Exquisitely tasty! Service was excellent, even when I show up at 11am when they were just opening, but they were really nice people, in an extra clean restaurant. I'll be back, because I finally found the prefect Pho restaurant near my neighborhood. I had to ask for my Pho to go, because the Imperial Rolls were plenty of food for myself. So now I have Pho for this afternoon and tonight. HUGE portions!
We came back! and confirmed that this place is the best. Everything is fresh and it shows. The broths for bbh and bun rieu were so flavorful! I really love their housemade chili sauce too. Definitely a must try if you like noodle soup! Interior is clean and modern, and the service was very friendly too
Decided to give this Vietnamese place a try on a Sunday for lunch. Half of the restaurant is a boba shop. Fresh hot tea was served - chrysanthemum tea! We ordered and then patiently waited for the food. The vegetarian pho was delicious. They normally serve soup with the wide noodle, if you want something else, you need to request it. Other members of my party are the beef soup, grilled pork with rice, and grilled chicken over garlic noodles. The only complaint was that the grilled pork could have used more lemongrass flavor. The other meat dishes were satisfactory. I'd recommend this place to others. And we'd all come back to try other dishes. Welcome to the neighborhood, Teazzert!
Have been coming here for awhile now. Very friendly staff. My usual are the noodle dishes. Their rice dishes are also great. They make sweet drinks also. If you like appetizers please get the fried rolls. It's one of the best I've ever had. Plus inside is nice.
This was my first time having pho bo ko and i'm so glad i had at this restaurant. This was definitely the better viet restaurant i've been to in the city. It's a hidden gem so thank you yelp for putting me on. The beef was incredibly tender and soft. The broth was flavorful, filling, but not overpowering. I will be thinking about the soup for days! The owner was fun to talk to and gave me a no-nonsense vietnamese uncle energy lol.
This place has such a unique yet descriptive name - tea, desserts, and pho all made specifically for me (and you). We were looking to try a new pho place and decided on teazzert. The comments about parking are true, it's difficult to come by at this corner. Everyone seems to block/park in the bus lane while they run into Popeyes, so even the illegal parking is hard to find. Aside from parking, everything else is great. Staff are nice and welcoming. I got pho bo kho and my gf got pho ga. Both tasted good and the portion was worth the price. I originally felt the price was high but i believe it's on par with what you get. If i were to do it again, I'd phone in my order, Popeyes park, and take it to go or immediately plan to park in the neighborhood and walk over (skip the round and round). All things considered, I'll be back.
Tasty food and drinks, casual ambiance, friendly and efficient service. The grilled chicken noodle bowl (B3/bun ga nuong) was exactly what I hoped, with resilient noodles and tasty, tender chicken. The special beef noodle soup (P1/pho dac biet) was good. I also like the strawberry matcha blend. It was slightly crunchy - possibly because I waited a few minutes before drinking it - but the flavors were nice. There are so many fun items on the menu. I look forward to trying more.

the food is in good portions and average quality, but do not justify the price point. i only decided to try this spot once when i lived nearby, but did not think it were as great as some of the reviews suggest. the sauce in the banh mi was the best part of the meal, and the broth was otherwise lacking. the restaurant itself feels stuffy, is on a very busy road, and has flies buzzing around. the staff also definitely plays favorites, even when not busy. read more

the owner as soon as i walked in asked me to have a seat while i placed my togo order. i got two chicken phos and a vietnamese iced coffee. the ambiance was very nice. everything looked clean and their bar is so cute. i loved the amethyst at the bar. giving all the good vibes. will definitely come back to try their banh mi. read more

Gotta be honest, I've lived in the area for a few years and never ventured to try this place because of the name. Finally got around to trying it yesterday and it was really good. I ordered to go and usually pho can be risky to go since the noodles tend to get overcooked so easily. However, because they use thick noodles it didnt overcook and there was plenty of broth given (didnt all get soaked up in the noodles during reheating). The flavor of the broth was very good and not too oily. The meatballs turned out to be the star of the show, very flavorful and nice texture. I also appreciate that they gave plenty of greens for the added freshness. One negative is that I looked at their website before ordering over the phone and once I went to go pickup my food it was a lot more expensive than what the website said. I ended up paying about $19 for just one pho which is more than I was anticipating- but inflation right? Be warned, parking is terrible. Street parking only and it's on a very busy street. Came here first in a long time before this restaurant make over. We ordered pho rare beef soup and papaya salad with shrimp. First they sat as down with cup of tea, never refills, and the food take a long time to serve when the restaurant is not busy. So the food arrived, pho rare beef soup it was delicious per my hubby said and I try the soup it was good. The papaya salad came, it was rather small portions and lack of dressing but they have lots of fresh basil that make it good. When I asked for extra lemon, she presented it with her hand gave me small wedge (not come with a plate). The price rather pricey than other vietnamese restaurant. read more

Spoiled tofu and clams, soapy veggie, milk tea too sweet I ordered 3 noodles and 2 Boba tea as takeaway and ate it within 1 hour. The seasonings are fine, not the best, but not the worst. However, the quality of the food is bad. There are spoiled tofu and clams in the noodles, and the seafood does not taste fresh too. Even the veggies have a soapy taste, I doubt if they wash it with clean water. The Boba tea is also too sweet, so much sweeter than what other shops taste like, I have sore throat after drinking. Overall, my experience is bad, will not visit this place again. read more

Hole in the wall pho spot! They offer a variety of Vietnamese bites including pho/rice plates/banh mi/appetizers as well as boba. Great service and the food was great! The place is really clean, bright with a nice street view of Geneva Ave. I am exited to try out other stuff on the menu! What I have this time: pho bo kho and fish sauce chicken wing. read more

They have some excellent pho here! We tried the Beef/tripe/ribeye pho ($20) and the broth was pretty great given the price. They have a generous helping of noodles and beef here, so definitely enough to share. Also got the shrimp rice bowl ($16) which was very light and delicious. It came with a side of sipping broth and dipping vinegar which was a great touch and paired so well with the shrimp. The shrimp itself was perfectly cooked and marinated in a butter-based sauce. Definitely coming back to get more pho though. read more
** The following review reflects my dining experience just prior to the shelter-in-place order currently in effect. ** The pandemic has dramatically changed the restaurant business, and for family-run businesses like this spot, the burden must be particularly difficult. When I came here just prior to shelter-in-place, I honestly couldn't tell if it was a boba shop or a pho house. Apparently it's both, and while I'm not a boba fan, I tried the $11.90 Pho Ga Bi Do. it was piping hot and quite hearty, just comparatively light on the amount of poultry served. However, it was still quite flavorful and worthy of a return visit during this new phase of economic reality. I wish them well. We really enjoyed the meal. The broth in the beef stew was very tasty. The seafood pho had big pieces of shrimp and calamari. Friendly service. Parking is a little tough tonfind, but we do recommend this spot. read more
