Gets the job done when I'm craving for a boba milk tea (all the time since I'm a boba addict), but not my top choice. I really wish they would allow for sugar customization on the thai tea. For whatever reason, their thai tea is pre-sweetened to where you're unable to customize your sugar selection. I get 0% sugar in my drinks now (especially because boba is always sweetened), so I am unable to get thai tea here. I always find that that my milk teas are overly sweet even at 0% sugar due to the sweetness added to boba at certain tea shops. The lack of sugar adjustment on the thai tea is just wild to me especially because you can adjust sugar on all other drinks here. I find myself coming here due to the convenient location, but otherwise, I haven't found anything that has kept me coming back.

Great and quick service, clean and holiday decor, drinks are great and they adjust the drink to your liking.

Teaspoon on Almaden has quickly become a favorite stop! The Silky Mango with popping mango boba is tropical and fun, while the Caramel Cream with regular boba is a huge hit with my kids -- especially since it's caffeine-free. Love that the menu has a good mix of both caffeine-free and caffeinated drinks, and everything is customizable to taste. Service is always cool and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better.

Im so happy to have found teaspoon very close by to my area! I was craving for banana matcha and they actually carry it along with a long of classics signature and Vietnamese coffee as well! The cashier was very sweet and friendly along with the other employee who is making the drinks. Inside is very clean and well kept. Loving the interior and music choices they have. Will definitely come back here for my matcha fix!

First of all walking in the ambiance is so cute. It was warm and cute music was playing. The workers here are so kind and helpful! I really appreciated it especially because I'm a bit picky about my tea. They had no problems with me asking questions, and even took the extra steps to offer me many alternatives. The boba is of course delicious as it always is at Teaspoon locations. Thank you!!

The thai tea and caramel cream were okay, it did not meet my expectations. I have been here before, and the crème brulée is my favorite. Great customer service. Kiosks are available. Clean establishment. Plenty of parking.

Great for a freshly brewed tea! They have teapresso machines and we opted for the Honey Oolong and Roasted Oolong. The Honey Oolong is one of their premade teas. It's still freshly brewed just earlier in the day. The Roasted Oolong is made to order and we had that as a milk tea. There was very little difference in these Oolongs, other than the consistency. The Honey Oolong was slightly richer and the flavor less subtle than the Roasted. The service was good - They let me try the Jasmine and oolong based. The Jasmine was too bitter and wasn't my favorite. Inside they have kiosks to order or you can order with an employee.

Good tea selections and plenty of non milk tea for refreshing smoothies. My favorites are the Black Sugar Assam Milk Tea, Cream Brûlée Coffee, and Taro Lover. Drink quality is fairly consistent, occasionally they miss special instruction like less ice or 50% sugar, but overall good.

It's a first time I'm actually disappointed with teaspoon. I'm calling to try to order for pick up but they saying that we doesn't to it through the phone t... like how, it's 2025? And when I'm going to the store to order a Liquid Gold with house cream, she brings out with everything mixing up... like why, I thought the drink should looking like the picture? The service was terrible, she doesn't know how to talk.

This Teaspoon location opens later than most of the other stores. Big plus! It was pretty crowded for a Thursday evening. There is plenty of parking available as it is in a big shopping plaza with Safeway. Closer to McDonald's. The service was quick and friendly. 2 kiosk plus a cashier to order from. Ladybug: A light yet rich splash of passionfruit juice infused with green tea. Refreshing taste, which transported me back to Hawaii.

It's a small store with no tables to sit in. There's like a little place where you can lean on but that's about it. There's two kiosks available for you to use. Silky Mango(4/5): I thought it was nice that they had milk alternatives. I can really taste the mango in the drink, but I thought it was a little too sweet for me. I don't remember if I'm able to adjust sweetness, but I would get it less sweet if I were to get it again. The boba in it was nice and chewy! Service(5/5): I ordered from the kiosk and the order went out fairly quick. It was only one person making the drinks and seeing how fast they were making it was pretty impressive! Overall, I had a good time and would come again!

I'll take 138 teaspoons, please. Teaspoon is a Bay Area original bubble tea chain which I grew to love in San Jose. They've rapidly expanded since those days and have even made to other states, including the Las Vegas area where I mostly hang out these days. I'm pretty sure they utilize a tea espresso system to keep the tea quality high, and I can't recall their tea flavor ever failing me ta any location. I had recently received a free birthday drink in my rewards account (pro tip: give them your personal info) and I had an errand to run nearby, so I figured it was convenient enough to use the offer. I tried to place a mobile order but it apparently was too confusing for me to use. Fortunately, the employees were nice and got my order entered, reward redeemed, and drink prepared in rapid succession. I usually gravitate toward milk tea, and Black Sugar Assam ($5.75, ~23 fl oz) looked newer to me within that category. It comes with honey boba included, which I usually eschew for caloric savings but didn't mind trying. The boba is as good as anyone makes it, with balanced chewiness and softness. You can tell that it's sweeter than non-honey-marinated boba too. As for the drink, the assam black tea flavor and the black sugar flavors are both prominent, and the drink has a good creaminess that doesn't linger on the palate. I forgot to request lower sugar, but the sweetness level was actually not too high. This location is standing-room only. I guess I don't mind that since I'm usually grabbing something to-go anyway, but if you want to hang out with your friends or pretend to study for a test, you may want to try elsewhere. I would actually love for Teaspoon to become as popular and as commonplace as Starbucks. They're a consistently good bubble tea spot and surely have enough variety to satisfy most boba fans.

Went here on New Year's Eve for a warm bowl and tried both the H4 - Nam Vang and the filet mignon…read morepho, both with clear noodles. The Nam Vang came with sliced pork, ground pork, and one prawn in a clean, savory broth--light but flavorful. The filet mignon pho was a solid upgrade: tender beef, silky noodles, and a broth that leaned richer but still easy to sip. Noodles had a nice bounce in both bowls. I was craving a vermicelli bowl or bánh mì too, but heads up--they only serve pho and noodle soups here. No rice plates or sandwiches. Still, if you're in the mood for Vietnamese comfort food, this spot delivers fast and clean.

Thank you to my bro and his fam for treating us out to some Mother's Day noods!!!…read more My bro and his family are massive fans of Kali Noodles + Tea Bar. Even with them moving out to the East Bay, they make periodic drives just to enjoy what KN has to offer. I've had one dining experience here previously and was not impressed. This lead to not returning. Fast forward 2.5 years or so, here I was again. Our large party of 9 arrived at opening hours and the owners were so very welcoming. The restaurant was clean and the condiments were in tip top shape. Our family's order was massive. We started the meal with xiu mai [Vietnamese pork meat balls] and Chinese donut sticks. This then continued with mi do bien, filet mignon and beef ball pho, & a variety of nam vang noodle versions. The great thing about Kali Noodles are the multiple options of noodles they provide. There are a number of combinations that could be made with the 6 offerings. The food was surprisingly really good- so much better than what my first visit was. The bowls were presented neatly but plated in a way where the large chunks of lettuce made the bowls seem a lot more fuller that it really was. The noodle soups also consisted a lot more broth than noodles. Having said that, the egg noodles are really really good!! The restaurant cooks them perfectly- chewy with a slight bite that keeps you wanting more and more. Hu tieu dai was unfortunately too mushy in texture for my liking. 4 stars overall. Customer service from the owners were exceptional. They were attentive to each person's order and were so welcoming. The food was good but maximize the deliciousness by strictly going for the thin egg noodles. You will not be disappointed and this recommendation is coming from a person who typically steers clear of this. I'd happily return.
