Very excited that this location opened nearby and even more excited that they have great customer service, quality drinks, and a nice ambiance overall. They will remake your drink no questions asked if you're not satisfied, but you probably won't even need to have your drink remade since they do a good job in the first place. First time trying this place and I'm sad that I didn't come to the grand opening because it's AMAZING! Probably the best milk tea I've had! I came on a Wednesday afternoon and it was so busy! The seating area was filled with teenagers, families with little children, and just adults enjoying a refreshing boba milk tea drink on a warm day. It was hard to decide what to get as they have a pretty extensive menus especially when you can custom make your own drink. I chose the Taro Lover upon Natalie's recommendation only I substituted the taro chunks for lychee jelly and boy was it's so good!!!! The service is quick and amazing not to mention the lobby and the area where they are prepping the drinks is very clean! I'm glad this is only a short 7 minutes from home because it appears this may be my new summer addiction! I did not try any of the pastries this time but I will definitely be trying them next time! The store was clean! I noticed that they had board games available to play. I was helped by Ciara who provided Amazing service. She was friendly and helpful. I asked her what her two favorite drinks were. She replied the dirty ube and the green lychee. I chose the dirty Ube with Boba. Ladies and gentlemen, the hype is real!!! The drink was amazing. The flavors were unique and perfect for a coffee lover, like me. I started drinking it and I couldn't put it down. Therefore, I cannot provide a picture . Definitely try this place out. Been able to swing by a few times since my last review and I've enjoyed my visits. The staff is always very friendly and I like the ambiance of the location. There's a lot of natural light and a decent amount of seating. I also saw that there's now a Pokéstop at the store which is great. I could see myself coming back and maybe getting a little bit of writing done. I judge based on the base drinks because I can't afford add-ons, but I haven't had a drink that I don't like. Liquid Gold has been my go-to, and I enjoy it very much. I wish there was a bit more variety on the Teaspoon menu, and the prices are still a little high for a person who doesn't have a lot of expendable income, but I know that's not a location-specific issue. We had three orders of Hot Golden Brew to go. First of all, it was extremely hot with caps that are not working to start with! Thank God that we had a sealed plastic wrap on top, otherwise will have a severe injury. The lady put the toooo hot cups inside a plastic bag that is not suitable in any way I look at it as to go!!! Really, plastic bags!!! Plastic bags good for groceries not coffee cups. Please fix the temperature, the lids, the to go carrier....and on top of that $7 for each! The taste is very bland...not really good at all. I do my at home coffee way better than this. So un professional and too pricey for the very low service. It was the first time I went there after going to kung fu tea. I found that after going to Costco there so I found it. It was across the street from Costco. They charge $1.25 just for extra topping of Boba for me. That's way too expensive. I didn't want to say anything so I just didn't add another topping. It was just a simple drink, kung fu. Tea doesn't taste as fresh but Much cheaper Teaspoon place has higher quality toppings, but I think they taste the same they feel they think I feel like the quality is probably the same. Hi my name is Brooklyn and when i was walking into teaspoon i checked i had enough money to pay for the drink and it said i had $9.02. I gave them my order and then payed for my drink and it said that the drink was $7.75. I then walked away to wait for my drink then they called me back and said that my order didn't go through and also said i only had paid $1.27. I then showed them my transaction on my phone that i not only paid 7.75$ for the drink but they also took another $1.27. After they said that they didn't get the transaction on their end so i called in my mom and she also showed them the transaction on her phone because my apple pay is hooked up to her phone too. They kept denying and saying i didn't pay the rest of the money when i clearly did. Me and my mom didn't want to start a big problem right then and there so we just payed for the rest of the drink on my mom's card. When i got my drink i had checked everything on the drink was right but i saw the name they put on it saying "Brokelyn". There's a lot of unique drinks that I don't see at other tea places. Ive tried the milk tea and the golden brew boba drinks -- both really good. I enjoy the boba balls from here -- nice sweetness to them and good texture. I do feel like I pay a little more here for drinks than at other tea places. I've tried the Teaspoon in Livermore and thought it was alright but hated the fact they use paper straws. I'm pleased this location uses plastic straws but my taro drink was not as good as the Livermore location. The boba was satisfactory, but even my wife's fruit tea was rather underwhelming. I would give three stars and chalk it up to growing pains, but my friend and hir partner had told me and my wife that hir and her drinks were not very good. Well, I'm curious as to why when other businesses are staying open later to catch holiday shoppers this location is closing earlier than listed on their site. I understand closing early but leaving the door unlocked and ignoring customers that walk in until 8pm when you say you're closing early is rude.
