Absolutely love the fruit sandwiches they sell here. They apparently make it fresh daily! Super clean in there and friendly staff too.

The place is very cozy inside. It smells amazing with all the tea and small little treats that they have in here. The drinks look and taste amazing. The person behind the counter was very nice as well. I do recommend going to this place to hang out. I will come again.

Drinks and service have been great. I also really like the variety of foams they now have available. Nice touch to have the fruit sandos, too!

Matcha Royale - Classic with Boba
    Kev H.

I tried their Matcha Royale with boba, and it looked great with a vibrant green color from the matcha. The drink was perfectly creamy while still able to convey a matcha flavor. I personally found their "regular sweet" level a bit too sweet for my taste, but my brother liked it. And that's something I can easily adjust next time. The boba was well-prepared - soft with a nice chew and a subtle sweetness of its own. The only downside was the store, particularly the lack of air conditioning on a hot summer day, which made the in-store experience less comfortable.

We stopped by to pick up some boba while we were in the area. We were able to find street parking and walk over easily on a Sunday. Our drinks were made quickly. My only complaint is that the cups weren't quite full/filled all the way. Aesthetically and visually it just bothered me a bit because they're usually always filled to the top even if it's just with ice especially when a boba drink costs $7 now. If you're gonna fill my cup like this, I'd expect something like 10-15% off because it looks like I'm getting 10-15% less drink.

I love teaspoon high quality recipes with packeof flavor! Their sugar levels are appropriate and they have a lovely ambiance as a boba spot as always! Their employees are very sweet and accommodating!

It is a bubble tea shop located on a busy area right next to Todos Santos Plaza Concord. A lot of selections of boba milktea and some pastries. I ordered a caramel cream with boba and I love it. No waiting time as I went early after opening time.

WHY I WENT HERE: - boba run THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - street or parking garage parking and walk over - located in between Aung Burma and House of Bagels THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - meant for ordering to-go (unless you stood at the counters inside) - light wood tones, hexagon floating shelves, quartz counter THE MENU: - seasonal - classics - signatures - coffee - pastries - merchandise WHAT WE ORDERED: - Thai Tea - Mango on Fire - Guava Sunset THE TASTE: - friend loved her Thai Tea; solid - friend's husband didn't provide feedback on Mango on Fire, but I'm sure if you like mango, chamoy, and tajin, this might be a good choice for you - guava sunset was subpar to me CUSTOMER SERVICE: - ordered drinks from the kiosk and was called to the counter when the drinks were ready for pickup

Absolutely lovely! There was only one person at the register but she was sweet, patient and calm. The inside was very clean and a bit crowded as people came and went but it was still a relaxed vibe. I ordered the strawberry serenade (with added strawberry popping boba and strawberry heart jelly) and Mango funtime with tajin and chamomile. Both drinks were delicious and refreshing.

My husband arrived around 8:10 AM, after the store's posted opening time of 8:00 AM, only to find the business completely closed with no communication whatsoever. No call. No email. No cancellation notice. Nothing. What followed was somehow worse. I called the store multiple times throughout the day and left several voicemails that were never returned. I also emailed both the location and corporate customer service and received no response. Corporate didn't answer their phones either. All of this over a $35 order that the business happily charged for but never fulfilled. Today, I went into the store in person to ask for a refund and was met with attitude and defensiveness from the manager instead of accountability or even a simple apology. I was told they "do answer their phones" despite my multiple unanswered calls and voicemails. I was then told they could not issue a refund because it had been "more than two days," even though the delay was entirely caused by their complete lack of response and failure to handle the issue. The store being unexpectedly closed is frustrating enough. Ignoring customers afterward and then treating them poorly when they ask for their money back is unacceptable. I'm still waiting to hear from the "other manager" or "boss" who is supposedly able to process my refund. Who apparently already had my information but was "too busy" to respond to me sooner. Give me a break. At this point, it's not even about the $35. It's about the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service.

One thing I really appreciate about Palmetto bowls is that they don't charge extra for additional toppings. It's a great model. During the summer, I could happily eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This visit was disappointing. The açaí base was quite soupy, possibly because it was a busy, hot afternoon. More importantly, my bowl was about half granola. The granola is not good- I seem to remember flagging this during my last visit, but it escaped my mind today. It has the texture and flavor of raw oats, and because it was layered on both the bottom and the top of the bowl, there was no way to avoid it. Based on my prior experience I'm inclined to think this was an off day rather than representative of the brand as a whole. Otherwise, this would have been a 2-star review. Next time, I'll skip the granola.

Person at the door was responsible crowd control - keeping it to 10 people max in the store. The smoothie makers were bringing out trayfuls of smoothies to a counter to the side. After ordering, we took our receipt and picked up our smoothies at the counter. The employees were running a well-oiled machine to get quickly through the long line of people. Very impressed. The smoothies themselves - extremely good for $1. If I had to pay full price on these (my real opinion), I thought the Mango was very good, but a little on the sweet and runny side. The strawberry was a little lacking in flavor (almost no strawberry, a little banana) and too icy. I started going to Jamba Juice when they first moved into the Crescent Ave location in Pleasant Hill, when I was still attending the Teen Scene in Pleasant Hill Park. It's certainly been a minute since those days, and while I've been to this location three times this year, I don't know why I keep coming back. I think I'm searching for something that no longer exists - a reasonably-priced, fruit-packed meal in a cup. It feels like each time I go to 'Jamba' (now ostensibly not a Juice place), the menu looks more and more like a fast-food dessert menu - which I'd have no problem with if I weren't wanting the good old Jamba Juice of yore. I'm now finding myself browsing smoothie recipes on the Internet, ready to dust off the blender. If you're in a pinch with the kids & need a quick sugar fix, Jamba will cut it.
