Jasmine Light Milk Tea with Snow Top 茉香輕乳茶

For my lactose intolerant friends, you can finally enjoy cheese cloud matcha WITHOUT needing Lactaid at Teapulse! This is the first dairy-free cheese cloud drink I've seen in the market, and oat milk is always my preferred milk for matcha. If you've been missing out on cheese cloud drinks because of dairy, this one's definitely worth trying. *Cheese Cloud Matcha Oat 抹茶燕麥芝士茶 $8.95 It comes in regular whole milk or oat milk versions. The matcha could've been richer as I personally preferred very bitter and strong matcha. Caramel cookie crumbles were similar to cereal for an extra crunch. Just a note that the cheese cloud is usually thicker than what I had here! *Pink Guava Milk 粉芭樂鮮奶 $7.55 A super refreshing, guava-forward drink. The guava popping boba was unlike any I've had before--it actually tasted like real guava rather than artificial flavoring. *** I ordered 30% sugar and less ice for both drinks!

4.5 Near Koreatown, on 6th Ave. Small store with a few small tables and bench seating along a wall. Order at the kiosk or in-person at the counter. I got a Cheese Thai boba- thai tea (wished they had thai coffee) with cheese foam and brown sugar boba so no sugar needed. Less than $7. I liked the creaminess (I do like cheese foam), sweet already bec of the brown sugar.

This location is a lot longer and more spacious than the Flatiron one. Currently, some items are buy one get one free for their grand opening. There is also a raffle to pick a card to win a prize ranging from tickets, jelly cat, and purse charm. I picked up 2 drinks and 1 lemon egg tart. Go check them out.

Just stopping in to this location to grab a tart. Crust is very flaky but it was cold. I wished i would be eating it warm but ‍ I woudl try again at another location.

I love trying new tea places and I am a sucker for mango drinks, so I decided to order the Mango Dew Smoothie. It was quite icey and not as thick of a smoothie as I was hoping. I definitely prefer the Heytea version of this drink; however, my friend told me that Tea Pulse is really good at making lemon fruit teas, so I will probably give that a try next time.

Another new milk and bubble tea spot near k-town on the corner of 30th and 6th! For their grand opening they have a buy one get one free promo and some giveaways in store such as a mini tote and keychains/plushies. The store is pretty small but the staff were kind and gave some recommendations on drinks. I tried the orchid blanc milk tea at 30% sugar which had a slightly sweet taste and chewy boba! It was about $9 per drink for a medium but they also offer larger sizes.

My new favorite milk tea! Second time to try them (first was in Flushing), glad to find them near K-Town. Love their Cheese Thai Boba and it tastes even better at this branch. I also appreciate how the staff nicely greets you upon entering and even tells you what their recommended sugar is for your specific drink, 70% for this one. Space also is spacious and actually has seats. Service is also pretty fast! Will happily come back!

Delicious Iced Jasmine tea; perfect pitstop in between errands. The service was great and friendly; she accommodated my order and gave me this cute carry bag. Ambience was clean and quiet.

I was in the area looking for a dessert/drink after dinner and stumbled upon Tea Pulse. It gives me Molly Tea x Hey Tea vibes with maybe more conventional boba options. They have your coffee lattes, matcha, Chinese tea, fruit drinks, and brown sugar boba options. I got to try their Orchid Blanc which had a nice blend of the aromatic tea and smooth milk. I got 50% but wish I did 30% instead. I agree with other Yelpers its not as busy, but at the same time I think the decor isn't as aesthetic or fun. Staff were polite and nice. My drink came out quick since there wasn't a line when I visited.

They have a water dispenser, two locking bathrooms, and plenty of outlets, so I already have a very positive view of Grace Street as a good place to rest. The food is alright. It's a bit overpriced and the teas are not good quality. However, the desserts are delicious. I usually split a slice of basque cheesecake with my friends. The regular and matcha have both been good in my experience. I don't like chocolate cake, so I haven't tried that variety. I wish the pumpkin was available in the smaller size too! I've tried their boba, and it isn't good. The hot teas are okay but not great. They're pretty much just syrup and milk. I would avoid the drinks and just get the desserts! I haven't personally tried the bingsoo, but I've heard good things. The waffle is alright--all in all, come here to recharge and for the basque cheesecake!

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.

They're a little pricey, but each donut is a pretty hefty ring of chewy glutinous rice flour batter. I had them the following morning, and the donuts still tasted fresh. There was a little bit of oiliness from the frying, but it did not taste off or too greasy. I think this is from the meticulous frying process and good management of the oil.
