The place was nice and clean and they got a little room for kids to play . The staff were very nice and friendly. The only thing that didn't like was my drinks it was very different not like California boba spot . The drinks were bland and it wasn't giving but the boba was okay it wasn't bad . The wait is far too long The layout for Covid safety is disorganized and ineffective I've waited 20 mins standing for one drink. There is no seating area at all not on the inside or outside and waiting in your car doesn't work because you won't know when your order is ready. They've got some work to do if they want to get customers coming back. Yes you can order ahead of time but it's so disorganized you still wait a long time. The long wait is not worth the reward right now. But my drink was tasty. read more

I mean I'm addicted to this and crave it almost daily now...I had to add a line on my budget specifically for this place because their taro milk tea with tapioca, lychee bursters and mango jelly's is AMAZING!! I took my husband this time and he got the fruit tea and loaded it with bursters and jelly's. He really enjoyed it too. Great spot and they are super nice at the counter. I come here for one thing, Taro tea. And they do it right. The flavor, temp, color-- it's spot on. The boba is nicely al dente too. It's amazing how easily other places can get the flavor, consistency/creaminess wrong, or over/under cooked boba, so I appreciate having my go-to spot. They're doing something right. I also appreciated the signage about wait times. Any time expectations aren't met, it helps to communicate why I might have to wait longer. I've been a frequent customer of their West side location & been waiting for what felt like such a long time for this location to open. So happy that I don't have to drive to the other side of town. This company has the best boba drinks in El Paso. Tried so many of the others & have been disappointed. The drinks taste consistently the same from both locations. I've had drinks from their Austin locations and seems the same. The ingredients taste fresh - I've had a few bad experiences of old-tasting, stale tapioca from other places and weird-tasting drinks - but never had that from this place. It took 30+ minutes almost exactly to make 1 drink, and it tastes watered down with a small amount of boba. Every customer seemed visibly irritated, and personally I would've preferred honesty from the staff when it came to the wait I was forced to sit through. read more

Glad to have a boba place nearby! We ordered salted caramel thai tea with boba and almond cream tea with taro pudding. Both delicious! The thai tea was very sweet and the almond tea's sweetness was subtle. Taro pudding is a great topping if you don't feel like chewing on boba/tapioca. We wish the staff were a little more enthusiastic or at least offered some recommendations to new customers. But that has no effect on the flavor of the drinks. read more

Ordered food from Grubhub, called and asked for extra boba they told me that they didn't orders from Grubhub. Needless to say drive arrived got the food, he requested extra boba while they were making it. He was told "no we don't have the time". Beyond annoyed with place it use to be my favorite. I read all of the other reviews and expected to be waiting a long time for my drink to be ready, but, it was only about 5 minutes until I got my drinks. They taste amazing, and were ready very quickly too! I do recommend this place, its very cozy, and has a nice atmosphere. read more

May 16, 2021 -- My husband and I ordered our drinks and the customer service was mediocre the staff was slow and took forever to prepare our drinks. Multiple customers were waiting around as they laughed and played in the back so loud that we could hear them. When approached by customers they gave minimal responses as if the customers were bothering them. I highly recommend going to a different location for boba!! read more

Workout next door at Planet Fitness, love the food and smoothies. Absolutely delicious!!! My only request is a little bit more customer service. Crew is not too friendly, and do not really help much when it comes for suggestions. The menu has so much to offer, and at times not sure what I should get. the drinks are good but you place an online order that says you can pick up in 5 minutes, then you go in to get it and they take care of everyone else in line before you. you end up waiting over 25 minutes for a drink and it's ridiculous. the employees move so slow with no purpose and just stand around talking instead of working. they also didn't have their boba ready until 30 minutes after opening, so a boba place didn't have boba.. read more
