TERRIBLE SERVICE! Rude female worker screamed at customers to "get out!" If they were not ordering yogurt.

When looking for bubble tea options on the east side, we came across Yogo Berry. The trickiest part about ordering was the fact that their dining room was closed, due to the current quarantine restrictions. The drive-thru line must've been at least 10 vehicles deep (a good sign but a mild inconvenience). For the five of us, we ordered two Mango Tangos with boba, a Strawberry Parfait with strawberry pearls, a Chocolate Soft Yogurt, and a Horchata with boba. The full order was a hit with the family. The strawberry and chocolate choices had more of a dessert feel to them, while the mango & horchata bubble teas were very refreshing options on a hot spring day. The yogurt had great texture and flavor, and they boast about 8 flavors: original, pineapple, chocolate, etc. If you decide not to order a yogurt, one can choose yoga parfait, smoothies, blended cream, bubble tea, fruit crush, and acai bowl. I think my kiddo is going to need to start getting on yelp as I'm seeing a trend where these reviews are because of her. Before she even said hello after school the first thing out of her mouth was can I have a bubble tea? From? Yogoberry! My little one has recently become a boba freak and no matter what this is her go to place. She's tried them all and cappuccino is her favorite followed by coconut then mango she says no to strawberry as it's too sweet. And mama? I love that there's always a smiling face at the counter they are quick to offer suggestions and the service is always quick. Now I'm a little biased when it comes to my review because their coconut yogurt just happens to be my favorite and it's the only reason why I'm giving them the 4 stars. Now the reason why they don't get 5 stars is because they lack consistency, the customer service isn't always on par, drive thru is sometimes kind of slow. I've been here a couple times in the past month and I understand that they don't have their dine-in open for good reasons, but the line outside is ridiculous! There was about 15 cars, blocking others in the parking lot. It was just a big cluster! They should at least have an employee taking orders outside or monitoring the cars to avoid problems for their customers. The best customer service. Everyone is very nice. The yogurts are delicious and the bubble teas are very good too. I recommend the owner to hire more workers as there are huge lines both inside and in drive thru and they usually only have 2 people working at a time. They let people sit outside even though there is no dine in. If you love yogurt I would highly recommend. read more

However, after returning from college I found myself very disappointed and irritated by the quality of the food, the service, and the cleanliness of the facilities. What happened? My friend's frozen yogurt had a piece of plastic from the machinery, and upon asking for a refund the employee took an extended amount of time to give us a refund. We sat there in the already crowded and filthy restaurant waiting to be taken care of. We had to walk up to the counter and remind him about our refund. Just left from our visit this evening. My gf found a piece of plastic from the yogurt machine in her yogurt. We notified a young man who works here and he asked for our receipt so he could refund us for it. After a good while, I had to approach the counter to ask for our refund. He was blatantly rude to me, telling me that he had called me twice. I was sitting 8 feet from the counter. He hadn't called me. He gave me our refund and was completely rude in the process. His manager was standing right next to him and didn't bother to correct his behavior. Rest assured, we will not be returning to this particular location. We'll take our money elsewhere. read more

UHm, I'm not sure what other people expect when they go to a fro-yo place, but I certainly was surprised to recieve a "dessert" that tasted like sour milk. Out of 7 people there with us, all were grossed out with the flavor and nobody finished theirs. It was as if someone had frozen sour cream and called it delicious. Have been here a few times over the past few years. Until recently, probably as far as a year ago, the products and customer service have not delivered like before. Last time I came was a few months ago, the staff all seemed to be upset with one another and rushed my friends and I during our order. Decided to give it another chance and waited during their long line due to the lobby being closed, was told they were no longer serving açaí bowls which was ok, asked for a yogurt with two flavors and was answered very rudely by the young woman working. In addition to this, I ordered a blended cream drink and it had the exact consistency of a bubble tea just with whipped cream on top. I'm a very understanding person and know that they are very busy during this time but I would not have minded waiting for them to make my drink fresh instead of pre making it and allowing for it to sit out for who knows how long. Will sadly no longer be coming here, used to really enjoy it. read more
