I had no idea what moon milk was or how the ratios worked so when I went to finally order, I mentioned to the cashier it was my first time there hoping she would explain. What they gave me was a cup of milk. When I asked them about it they told me they had used less syrup but it's a sweet cream base with syrup?! Who would order that? She then dumped some cream to add more syrup but thats still not a Hokkaido milk tea?! There's absolutely no black tea or brown sugar at all im this drink. I asked for a remake or another drink but they refused. The lady was at least attempting to make things right. The guy making the drinks had the worst attitude.

Where do I start with this horrible and short experience.... We arrived and sat up at the bar…read morebecause every table was full.... Not with people eating and drinking as many tables had just mooches sitting using the WiFi and working- nothing at their table to indicate they actually had purchased food or beverage... We made eye contact with both employees working who did not greet us, or acknowledge us at all! In fact went and hid in the back. Then about 8 minutes later one of the girls came out, took off her apron and walked past us and never said anything. Then the other girl came out and helped another guy and ignored us again! For the third time!! We were ready to drink, so we sat there another 8-10 minutes and then finally walked out. Hear me, as I am an elite yelper, and they have for eleven years appreciated my input , but I cannot in any way give you but one star for our experience today. I hope that any potential patron reads this and chooses not to waste their time or money with your business. Perhaps some solid customer service training would help.

My cousin and sister were also with me so we ordered three iced lattes. There was people hanging out and a few tables / seats were taken. We waited about 10 minutes and she called our order once ready and thanked us for coming in. My tres leches latte was ok but I couldn't taste anything unique. The horchata latte was pretty delicious as you could taste the cinnamon flavoring and I would so order this drink instead.
