I love that fact that they not only have boba teas and wide variety but they also have smoothies and snow ice desserts and hot or ice full leaf teas!I ordered the coconut milk matcha tea! With Boba of course and they are always pretty busy there.But there still is plenty of seating inside.The menu boards are great and they also have a menu at the counter and offer help if you have any questions.The next time I go back I'm going to try more of the iced teas with boba.They also sell tea diffuser cups if needed.an s you can play jenga there too! read more

I would drive out of my way to come to this wonderful location for bubble tea. This is located between H Mart and Home Depot, not far from Lakeline Mall. I was pleased with the wide selection of choices, however I would have enjoyed an explanation of how to order, considering it was my first time to come here and try their bubble tea. The lounge is absolutely splendid, however considering I wanted a place to sit down in here and not take it to go, I would have appreciated if the tables had been wiped clean, no matter, they do provide napkins. Currently, they offer a 15% discount if you use Yelp and check in here. I will definitely be back to use that. Didn't know about it till afterwards. I like restaurants that have the red yelp sticker on the door, helps me to know when to check in before I order. As I write this review, they have really only been open for one month, I suspect they will be incredibly popular as the weather warms up, however, the staff will have to keep up with the cleanliness of the lounge. The owner has done a splendid job making this place look awesome, now the staff needs to also be made welcoming and awesome too. read more

I have been loving bubble tea for a while and there are several factors needed to create a good experience: here's what I experienced: 1. Atmosphere -chill, spacious, and inviting. Asian inspired look. People chatting on the couches..etc 2. Cleanliness -could be improved, no employee attending to spills on the bench and floor left unswept. 3.hospitality - greeted with a smile and explanation when asked. An occasional "have a good day" when customers exit. Menu could've been explained better to people newer to bubble tea. 4.product quality - I get the taro smoothie with tapioca, and I prefer smoothie rather then over ice just because the smoothie lasts longer. I do prefer Teapioca's taro over others and I do recommend trying it. If your looking to try bubble tea and meet some friends and have a good time then this location is great for that. read more

The employee that helped us was so nice when we explained we're Boba novices. She didn't make us feel like bumbling fools wasting her time. I personally love milk teas, and their milk tea selection has been reduced by a lot. We got the matcha and mango frappiocas with boba pearls as an alternative, both drinks we received were icy. I've been here twice. First time, I had a bad experience. Cashier was condescending and rude, but I assumed it was because it was close to 9pm and he just wanted to close shop; it was 8:45pm, but he seemed eager to call it a day. Second time I came, it was two hours before they closed and the same cashier was there. He was condescending and rude this time around as well and gave me the most judgmental look when I had a hard time deciding between a smoothie or a slushie. I wanted to treat myself to boba after a hard day at work and wasn't expecting to deal with the same unprofessional attitude I had experienced last time. I always try to give people and places the benefit of the doubt, but the cashier I keep encountering is extremely unpleasant and seems to have a hard time concealing negative emotions. He has the most condescending gaze and the way he pauses to collect his breath to temper his anger is extremely uncomfortable to witness and, as a customer, I don't feel welcomed. I don't even feel comfortable asking questions about different types of drinks because the cashier looks like he's about to implode in anger. Needless to say, I don't plan on ever coming back.
