In this industry, customer service is rare and great honest people are even more rare. Stephen took great care of me, was communicative, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I ended up getting a drain and fill and my rear bearings replaced. Care left driving better than when I brought it in. This place is honestly unlike any other because of Stephen and the staff. I know if I need anything else done to my vehicle, I'm starting here first!

In 2025, we brought in our 2009 Honda Civic for transmission issues. After the "free" diagnostic, we were told they would need to open up the transmission to properly determine the problem. Once they did, they informed us the transmission needed a full rebuild at a cost of approximately $2,500. We specifically asked how long the rebuild should last, and we were told we could expect another 100,000 miles out of it. We understood that mechanical parts can fail, especially in Florida heat and traffic, so we moved forward with the repair. We also asked about the mechanic's credentials and were assured they were experienced and certified. Fast forward to this year, and the transmission started having serious problems again, including hard shifting and failing to go into gear. We had the vehicle towed back to the shop, hoping they would stand behind their work. Unfortunately, that is where the experience completely fell apart. None of the employees we dealt with previously were still there, including the service advisor and technician. Despite spending thousands of dollars on a rebuild, we felt completely dismissed. We were told the car could not stay there overnight while we decided what to do and that it would be towed off the property at our expense if we did not move it immediately. On top of that, they wanted another $300 just to open it back up and diagnose the issue again. Yes, the transmission warranty had recently expired by a short period of time, but there was absolutely no willingness to work with us, offer any goodwill assistance, or even show basic customer care after such a major repair failed so quickly. We didn't even get 10k out of it. That says a lot about how a business values its customers. This experience will always stick with us. Local businesses should stand behind their repairs and take care of the people who support them, especially after charging thousands for a major rebuild. Instead, we were left feeling abandoned, frustrated, and taken advantage of.
