I would have guessed the ink on 1-year warranty would have dried before I'd need to use it. Sadly, that isn't the case. Now, I'll need to pay to rent a car for another multi-day stint with AAction. (I don't suppose they'd be gracious enough to pick up the tab for continued inconvenience)... needless to say, I'm not terribly satisfied with AAction Better Built Transmissions right about now...

In this industry, customer service is rare and great honest people are even more rare. Stephen took great care of me, was communicative, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I know if I need anything else done to my vehicle, I'm starting here first!

Stephen is amazing--extremely knowledgeable and communicates clearly every step of the way. He called with his estimate, which was significantly better than what the dealership quoted. On top of that, he went through the car's computer system and provided a printed report showing a few other items that may need attention in the near future. That level of transparency and thoroughness really stood out. If you're having transmission issues, I highly recommend checking out Aaction Transmission before going anywhere else. Honest, professional, and trustworthy service.

Went home and checked my brake fluid it was still filthy. I brought my own brake pads and the price to change it was $150. I showed them the picture and he also wanted to look under the hood. I take that he didn't believe me. I let him know I could work on my vehicle myself I just didn't have the park for the electric braking system. From that point you should have known that I was going to check it. I would not recommend them to anyone and I would not take any of my other vehicles to them.
