I've used those 20% green colored coupons in conjunction with these purchases all the time. You know those coupons ... they are usually sent out by the team mom via teamsnap that have a scan code on the bottom of it and valid for a short period of time and valid at various locations in Southern California... you've seen those in Facebook groups too. This location will no longer accept them UNLESS you can show them the original email that was sent from DSG to your team. PLUS, you have to print that email out with the printed coupon to give to them so they can apply that coupon to your transaction. They will no longer accept those 20% coupons that they usually scan off your phone. Not a great business decision in my opinion! I am also a ScoreCard+ member too. I will no longer shop at this location. Good luck!

I personally don't like the thick sole but if that's what's going to get me moving so be it. The store is small with a few teams and player jerseys mixed in with some rando ones. They will miss the mark completely or have what you want. No in between. However, for my Friday evening (20 mins before closing) shopping excursion they had what I needed. My son wanted a Matt Chapman Jersey and nothing else would work. We all walked in and one of the two associates (younger guy) greeted us after he finished helping with another guest. The manager or more senior employee just stared at the people in the store and worked around the cashier. The younger guy was courteous and helpful. If he didn't know the answer he asked the more senior employee. He helped us locate what we needed and thanked us for coming in. Happy KID equals happy PARENT and that means good review for the most part.

Steven welcomed me and walked me through what to expect for my first visit. Soon after, Karina introduced herself and guided me through their 3D Perfect Fit System to analyze the exact dimensions of my feet, my arch profile, pressure & biomechanics. Based on the analysis, she brought out the custom-fitted insoles + 3 shoe options. She provided incredible, personalized guidance on the differences between the shoe brands. While HOKA was among the 3 options, I was pleasantly surprised that the other 2 options were also comfortable. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks Glycerin 23. With the 90 day perfect fit guarantee policy, I can exchange if I am not happy with it. I ended up buying the custom-fitted insoles based on the analysis that the pressure on my feet were not evenly distributed, and because it felt really good. One star review…read more What happened to REI? I had a very bad experience at REI Tustin on El Camino Real. EVA and manager AARON falsely accused me of returning the wrong item, even though the item matched my REI account, app, original tags, barcode, and product details. They made this accusation in front of my family and other customers, which was very embarrassing. I asked them a simple question: "What exactly is different?" They refused to answer. That tells me they had no real answer. They accused me first, then avoided explaining their own accusation. While EVA was still processing the return, AARON told me to leave and threatened security for no valid reason. After all that, they still processed the return. So the item was correct all along. This was a false accusation, poor judgment, zero accountability, and terrible management. REI leadership should review this incident seriously.
