Worst retail store ever!…read more I went to Fashion Q after stopping at Ulta to shop for clothes for an upcoming trip. I bought a pair of glasses, a mini skirt, and a pair of rhinestone shorts. I already knew my size, so I didn't bother trying the shorts on before purchasing them. First of all, the shorts were $33.99, which is already overpriced. You can find similar or even better quality shorts at the Swap Meet or in Downtown LA for around $10-15. To make matters worse, the shorts even smelled like glue. When I got home about to try it on, I immediately realized something was wrong. The zipper was broken before I ever wore them. I hadn't even used them yet or worn them, it was clearly a defect that I didn't notice at the store. We called the store, and instead of trying to help, they immediately pointed to their "final sale" policy. The employee even admitted they should have told me, but no one mentioned the item was final sale when I purchased them, and I wasn't even given a receipt. At that point, I wasn't even asking for a refund; I simply wanted to exchange the defective shorts for a pair that wasn't damaged. When we went back to the store, the employees were whispering as if they were expecting us. A worker named Rachel didn't seem interested in helping until we brought up the fact that we never received a receipt. No one even bothered to inspect the shorts or look at the broken zipper. They simply assumed I had damaged them myself. This experience was unprofessional, disappointing, and showed a complete lack of customer service and maturity. Selling defective merchandise and refusing to even inspect it before denying an exchange is unacceptable. We are filing a complaint, and I strongly recommend never shopping at this store. In my experience, they care more about enforcing their "policies" than standing behind the products they sell. Buyer beware!!!

I'm always ordering from this company. If I order before 12pm I'll get my order the next day (in…read morecomment box I need to enter "ship w/ontrac). I order at least once a month. Clothes is pretty good for the price however, you do have to read the reviews and what the material is made of. Some items can be sheer. That red top in my pic was ordered from there as well that white dress in my pic lol. The shoes are also great for the price. Gojane always have good sales "up to 70% off". However, if you do see something you want make sure you get it or it will be sold out. Out of all of my orders I've only retuned one dress, they don't refund they only do store credit and its sent to you in an Email. So, you have to keep an eye on that. So far I have received all of my items in in great condition except for some glasses that arrived bent, and I got a credit for all I had to do was send a pic. I will forever be an gojane shopper lol

3 REASONS: lotsa discount events + NO EXTRA FEES upon delivery for Canada + relatively fast…read moreshipping = yay!! I have made 3 orders from this site and they were all smooth and I got to save A LOT on COD (for Canada) because they use USPS. Wooo! First order -- a strappy bra thing. Super cheap cause I wanted to test them out first. Second order -- the most amazing platform wedges that were on sale for $12!!! They arrived in perfect condition with NO extra handling/etc fees even though they came in a box! Totally wasn't expecting that. Wears is alright. A bit on the heavy side but quality is decent -- about ALDO-level quality. Third order -- knock-off version of the One Teaspoon "Eagles Shadow Bikini" which details for $120 on Nastygal and was selling on GoJane for $30. I'm a 32C and took a gamble and ordered M/L instead of S/M and thank GOD I did. The material is not amazing compared to the One Teaspoon version but for $30, I'm way happy. Fourth order -- after my last order, GoJane sent me a 40% off coupon! Why they decided to do this now and never before, I have no idea but I just used it on these lace-up cut-out boots that look exactly like mid-level designer ones I've seen on NastyGal. With discount, shoes were under $20. Plus they sent me follow-up e-mails to make sure that I received my orders. I mean, if I hadn't, I don't know how helpful the e-mails would have been... but I did! So yay. ~~PROS~~ - constant discounts -- things get dirt cheap if you wait for their 50-60% off events - fast shipping with tracking -- I got my order in 10 days, which is faster than most sites whose warehouses are closer. (I live in Toronto.) - no COD for Canada, no handling fees for boxes!! - cute styles!! I think they are actively plagiarizing NastyGal... I used to not like this about GoJane but now I'm like, whatever cause I've been pissed at NG lately for suddenly changing the shipping to Canada to DHL without warning and punishing us previously loyal customers with HUGE customs fees that you ONLY get with DHL. ~~CONS~~ - cheap material but honestly, so is half of NastyGal. What you're paying for there is the photographer and brand, which admittedly, is pretty badass. - shipping is expensive Looking at the reviews here, I justed wanted to add a positive one because I know it's mostly those with bad experiences who bother to write reviews. Online shopping always carries the risk that your package will be lost, which really sucks and I feel for all the people who feel scammed because of that.. I'd be pissed, too! I've been shopping online for 6-7 years and I've never had a lost package so it's just luck. ~~In Conclusion~~ I like this site because it is HONEST with its prices. What you see, which can look cheap, is what you get. It DESCRIBES itself as "cheap"... can't get more real than that, yo. Giving it 4/5 just cause I don't think most of the clothes are worth the original price... but like, I feel like clothes that are imported are never worth their full-price... no matter what the brand is. I also LOVE the fact that my packages appear in my mailbox... never a slip telling me to pay $298374 at the post office to pick it up as with sites that use DHL... *forever side-eyeing Nastygal*

The fitting room has strict rules and you must be aware of what you can't try on, and the max to try on is also 6 items. The staff didn't let me and my mom go in the same fitting room together because of policy, which was fine. She looked annoyed at us though when we both stepped out of each other's rooms to look at each other's fitting. Like geez.. we're trying these out to find a suitable fit for a family event and we're doing the best we can, lol. Anyways keep in mind that what you can't try on are also what you can't return due to final sale. Here's how the signs are worded: "ALL BODY SUITS, ACCESSORIES (HATS, COSMETICS, JEWELRY BELTS, LEGGINGS, PURSES, FOOTWEAR, LINGERIE) SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL BASIC ITEMS. PARTY ITEMS." So sanitary-wise it's good, but at the same time make 100% sure you know it'll fit and look good on you! We actually had our checkout done by the manager and she didn't speak to us the whole time during our checkout process. No thank you or anything, and eventually after shopping and finding a different top elsewhere we had to exchange two items the same day we purchased them. After having lined up at the checkout counter, the staff thoroughly checks it before telling us we have to walk all the way to the back to meet the manager to do the exchange process. Manager was the same lady, and finally she spoke to us. Customer service definitely could be improved, especially since Q has a lot of rules to follow.
