Like geez.. we're trying these out to find a suitable fit for a family event and we're doing the best we can, lol. Anyways keep in mind that what you can't try on are also what you can't return due to final sale. Here's how the signs are worded: "ALL BODY SUITS, ACCESSORIES (HATS, COSMETICS, JEWELRY BELTS, LEGGINGS, PURSES, FOOTWEAR, LINGERIE) SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL BASIC ITEMS. PARTY ITEMS." So sanitary-wise it's good, but at the same time make 100% sure you know it'll fit and look good on you! We actually had our checkout done by the manager and she didn't speak to us the whole time during our checkout process. No thank you or anything, and eventually after shopping and finding a different top elsewhere we had to exchange two items the same day we purchased them. After having lined up at the checkout counter, the staff thoroughly checks it before telling us we have to walk all the way to the back to meet the manager to do the exchange process. Manager was the same lady, and finally she spoke to us. Customer service definitely could be improved, especially since Q has a lot of rules to follow.
