I was seen by an awesome staff that had me scheduled for an extraction the following week. Extraction day is here and I am nervous to what to expect. I paid $30 to get the NO gas. It worked surprisingly and calmed me down. The dentist came in with two large q-tips with numbing gel on them and put one on each side of my mouth. A few minutes later he pulled them out. All numb by then he said I would feel a little pinch as he went in with the needle to numb the tooth. I closed my eyes so I didn't get frightened by looking at the dental needle. He went in a few times with the needle and I did not feel the pinch I did not feel anything. He left and came back in about five minutes. I was good and numb by then ready for the procedure. He laid me back and worked his magic. He pulled out both sides in less than ten minutes. Very smooth like he was driving a Cadillac. I felt pressure but no pain. The assistant gave me my prescription and a few post surgery instructions and I was on my way home. It was overall a pleasant experience. I recommend this dental group. I could not have asked for a better group of dentists, dental assistants, and everyone else to help me with my situation. They were extremely professional and friendly. There is nothing fun about getting your front two teeth knocked out, but I can honestly say I enjoyed myself the entire time I was there. I could not believe how much time each person spent with me to help me out. Kevin took an unbelievable amount of time out of his day to take the time to explain everything that they were planning on doing to me. At the end of my time there, I was very concerned about the price of everything I had done, and was shocked by how fair they were. He was incredible with my child. He explained everything and he is so compassionate. My child was actually excited to go this morning and not afraid even after the last experience, because Dr. Nagy earned his trust during the consultation. When Dr.Pecora died unexpectedly Dr. Iliff stepped right in to take over the well developed practice. I have had nothing but awesome experiences throughout my lifetime at this office. The staff, most of which have been working in the office for as long as I can remember, are highly professional and very sweet. They always remember what is going on in my life and are quick to ask me how things have been going since my last visit. In fact, when my grandmother passed away last year (she was a patient there too), the Doctor and his staff sent me and my parents (who also go there) a sympathy card.
