Been to quite a few dentists in my days and I'm thrilled that I found Dr. Eric Prescott here…read more Without adding personal details, I came in needing some unique work done and Dr. Eric and the team jumped right in and made me better than when I arrived. Also amazing is assistant Carmen, who I can't say enough about - professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly, and instantly put me at ease during the procedures. Her conversation skills kept my mind off the work I needed done. The work Dr. Prescott did looks and feels excellent, I have no complaints. Also note it was pain-free, and he truly listened to my concerns about what I wanted/needed done. I highly recommend Dr. Prescott and Carmen if you go here, but if you can't get to them, I can vouch that everyone I dealt with here was exceptional. Thank you!

My family had been patients of Dr Daoud for about 10 years... I broke a tooth - it was a cap that…read morehe had done for me about 2 years before it broke... he pulled the tooth - was literally there for 15 minutes -- was told to let it heal and I would need an implant - and most likely a bone graph because of my age... kept getting letters from my dental insurance Cigna stating that they needed more information from him -- I would call the dentist office - tell them what Cigna said -- and again the next month would get another letter from Cigna - again requesting more information from Dr Daoud -- after this happened 4 times - I gave up and went to a new dentist -- the new dentist had it figured out in less than 10 minutes and when I started the implant/ bone graph process with the new dentist and they submitted it to my insurance to see how much they would pay -- Dr Daoud had already billed my insurance company for the bone graph -- which I NEVER had -- why would the new dentist say I needed it if I had already had it done -- I have contact Cigna several times over the last 4 months and they have also called Dr Daoud's office -- he still claims he did 'part of the bone graph'... he did none of it -- he was told by Cigna that he needed to return the $$ that they sent him and that I am owed a refund -- so far I have paid over $800 and nothing was done -- and I still can't get my took fixed unless I pay the total amount out of pocket -- in my book - this looks like insurance fraud -- billing an insurance company for work that he never did -- I really don't have any hope of getting any money back -- its just sad to me -- I am 69 years old - retired and living on a fixed income -- I am thinking that I am not the only person he has done this to... the sad thing is that I really liked him as my dentist and put alot of trust in him for me dental health -- very sad for sure !

She was cordial and knowledgeable. She made it easy on my daughter who is 2.75 yo. Showed her the tools and the gadgets that they use. Slid on some sunglasses and went as far as Samantha would let her go :) I hopped in the chair afterwards while Sami watched Mickey Mouse at my feet. Dr Troy came in and gave me the what for about flossing then provided a solid report on my dental hygiene. He even made time to clean my wife's teeth and provide an exam, even though we had cancelled a few days before because of uncertainty regarding her availability. Teetering and tottering between having them fit us for night guards or using a 3rd party D2C to purchase one for 1/10th the price. Very professional and not pushy at all!
